Do not trust anything the manufacturer claims about this -- it is not safe and has a chance of permanently ruining your Switch. Don't pay $50+ to ruin your Switch -- do not buy this dock ever.

Tried every fix I could find online for the lag, ended up checking the controllers to an undocked switch and it wasn't there. This was the only change made from yesterday when the dock and controllers were working fine. Do not recommend this dock at all

Doesn't Display

I hooked the device up to two separate tvs, using 2 different hdmi cables and could not get it to display. It did charge my switch console, but would not work as advertised. I would stay away from this product.

Almost fried my Switch

It had spun up the fans in the middle of the night to full speed and was in the process of frying my Switch. Stick with the real thing if you can!

I called customer support and their response was that I need to just buy a new one. Horrible product and horrible customer service.

I tried this before reading the reviews because it says it is 4.5 stars. My switch quit working after trying to use this. Stay away from it.

Also, it doesn’t supply enough power to the Switch, so I’m not quite sure how BeatBuy can even sell this junk.
