You really need Nintendo USB C power cables otherwise the Switch will yell at you. Apparently, the Switch does a check for power draw capacity and it requires a certain minimum for both display and charging. Be warned.

Was kinda iffy do to the worrisome stories of 3rd party docks causing the switch to bend,overheat or malfunction. I was pleasantly surprised when it was super easy to connect and runs cooler than the original dock. Only bad thing is it takes quite a bit longer to charge my switch than the original dock. Still great buy
