    Short battery life makes it difficult to use on the go, but it has better specs than most gaming computers for the price so it is almost definitely worth it if youre able to keep it plugged in

    (1 star) – Not because of the console, but because of the delivery experience My 1-star rating isn’t for the console itself, but for the multiple issues I experienced with the delivery process. I bought the console on a Friday with the expectation of next-day delivery, hoping to have it in time for a vacation starting Monday. Best Buy used DoorDash for the delivery, but it became clear it wouldn’t arrive in time. I canceled the order on Sunday and was able to get a replacement in-store (kudos to the support team—they were great). To my surprise, the original order was still delivered, even after the cancellation. I was already out of the country by then. The delivery person left the package outside the building, despite having the access PIN. Later, Best Buy contacted me and asked that I return the item. I explained that I was not in the country at the time. Unsurprisingly, when I got back, the box was gone. Luckily, I managed to track it down—a neighbor had been “saving” it for me—and I returned it. After all that, I ordered a case for the console, and the same issue happened again. The tracking showed “attempted delivery,” but I was home the entire time. Once again, the delivery driver had the building PIN and could have used the intercom, but didn’t. Overall, a very frustrating experience. I expected better care and communication for deliveries, especially for valuable items.

    Bought the device and started having problems with the device i.e overheating, cracked audio and slow. But the staffs were very friendly and helped me replace it

    I have been spending the last few hours trying to set this thing up. But it won't connect to the internet, so i bypassed that, and now when i get pasted the internet part, when i pull up the keyboard, it freezes the screen and auto restarts. I can't even get past the first section of the normal window startup process. Update: By bypassing the password and minimizing the keyboard, i managed to get past the first few steps of the setup process. To bypass the password in the window 11, use "the back button and up arrow to pull up the keyboard, switch layout to traditional click "Fn and shift" F10 for the command prompt. Type "cd oobe" press enter them type "BypassNRO.cmd" that makes it where you can click "i don't have wifi" when that option appears. Hope this helps someone if they have similar issues to me.

To resolve this issue, check if the device has access to an established wireless router and internet service is working properly and stable. Windows 11 does require an internet connection to complete Windows setup successfully. Bypassing WIFI will allow you to complete the initial setup, however since Microsoft releases periodic Windows update, it is essential to install these updates after the initial Windows setup to optimize Windows system stability and performance, and to keep this device secured. Therefore, this device does need access to internet service to install these updates.     Its unbelievable what a time suck it is getting games and apps running on this thing, and then god forbid there is an update. I returned mine and I'm sticking with Steam OS devices for mobile gaming. Windows is just too laborious. Also, the design of this system is really poor. The sides are not ergonomic, and the keyboard is impossible to use without changing how you hold the system.

    Sad customer service.

    Ordered it on 8/22/25 and was given the run around on delivery,. Called several times to get a different story as to what it wasn’t shipped. The last story I got was verification you canceled my ordered. So with that being said I will not be using Best Buy to pick up anymore electronics, EVER.

    Honestly very impressive fir what it is. Xbox game pass ultimate means you can play the new call of duty from anywhere which is absoulty insane. The graphics are definitely decent enough to be playable but not necessarily ps5/xbox quailty but not far off frim it either. This is one of thise things you buy if you have money to blow or dont already have a dedicated gaming set up.

    Amazing little device! Absolutely love it. Plays all my games wonderfully, has no issues. Also got a dock and now use it as my desktop PC. If you want portability with your gaming, this is it. Highly recommend it.
