Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased a Rog Ally X 2TB that claimed to be "Geek Squad Certified" and in "Excellent Condition" and had to return it due to it being a "seizure booby trap". The screen would constantly strobe and flicker out before i could even get the thing setup. When I took it back the next day they simply said they woud only refund the amount and refused to see if other stores had replacements or even consider the one showing online as "site to store" as a replacement. I was simply dismissed without any acknowledgement of the fact that they sold a nearly $1,000 device that was clearly broken and should have never been attempted to be passed off as "Excellent Condition" which is the same as "Like New" and sold just shy of brand-new pricing. Incompetence is one thing but that interaction came off as shaddy as hell and they didn't think they would be caught.

Birthday Gift For My Husband

He mentioned a slight issue with the joysticks being inverted but seems to have found a work around. Unfortunately iade the mistake of not getting the warranty so definitely recommend doing so just in case this happens to anyone else.

The review time does not allow much time for usage to see if it works according to the ad. But, for now, he is happy with it, which makes me happy!
