The only problem I see with it is that when you have it set up for canister mode there is no where to wrap the electrical cord. What I do is wind it up and stick under the handle which works. If you are not using the canister mode there is a place to wrap the cord.

This has got to be the best vacuum I have ever owned. I thought my last vacuum was great but once I got this vacuum I vacuumed my whole house, with all the stuff this vacuum picked up seems like my old vacuum did not do it's job. Great product!!

This is literally the best and only vacuum you will ever need. Unless you need to suck up water. Everything else is covered. You will never regret buying it. This is the second one I've owned. Other one I owned for 3 years and ended up giving it to my ex wife.

We have used a Kirby for years - it was given to us and worked pretty good, but we wanted something easier to move and carry and the shark fit the bill and the mobility. So far it has worked perfect.

It sucks in a good way not in a bad way. I've had it for about a month now. Initially, I had buyer's remorse because I spent over $200 on a vacuum cleaner. But not anymore! When I vacuum, I have to keep emptying the cup. I'm glad that I got the XL one. When it's on carpet & I first turn it on, it surges forward because the brushes are powered. That's suction! It's heavy. That's why I deducted 1 star.

Almost lifted the carpet up it was so strong. Pulled up dirt we didn't know was there.

This vacuum is the best I've ever used, by a wide margin. It performs extremely well and is also easier to use than the older and heavier vacuums I've had in the past. And the 7 year warranty is a good sign that it will probably be reliable.

We live on a ranch and have tons of dirt so far it seems to be doing a great job. A friend of mine recommended it to me when my Rainbow quit. The light on it is awesome! And the light on the attachment part is even more amazing!

Our last vacuum was a Dyson and I got so tired of the wand on it and we had to have it fixed 3 times since we bought it. I love this vacuum. The suction is awesome, the hose works great and I like the LED lights that make it easier to see.

This vacuum is excellent for my needs. I have a multi-floor home and the canister feature is great on the stairs.The pet hair attachment for my upholstered furniture was excellent. The upright is powerful and easy to manuver.

I love this vacuum. It has every feature I wanted, included swivel and tools. Not too heavy. Easy to maneuver. Great for sweeping under furniture. I'd buy another one without reservation. Really great value when I found it on sale at Best Buy.

It is just a little heavy, but must over look it because it picks up great.

Great Vacuum for the price. This is my 2nd Shark and I think this one performs better than the 1st one. I like the Power Head detachable feature. Also the power upholstry brush is so much better than the air driven one on my previous model.

this is a great vacuum! it comes ready for all surfaces and with so many options for use. after one use, the house felt cleaner than with the other vacuum we had been using. definitely recommended for pet owners.

This is my favorite vacuum purchase to date! Love the rotation function and this can be broken down in to so many options! I love being able to remove the canister and vacuum under the furniture! Absolutely LOVE this vacuum!
