Great fun game...good graphics and casual gameplay

Fun game, got it on sale for 10$ definitely worth that price

I bought this early (July) for a Christmas gift for my son in law. Had it sent directly to my daughter with free shipping to boot. Great sale price too! Extremely happy with this purchase!!

The levels are cool! The cusomization kind of sucks now though compared to being able to change your stuff in game on the original little big planet with that cool custom colored yarn cursor that moved and could select everything. 3D walking is great now that we have it added in.

This games missed the mark for me. It's got the appearance of a cute and fun platformer, but it can be frustratingly difficult. I can't imagine young kids would be able to finish the game without getting frustrated. It's almost punishing towards the later levels. I also didn't feel like the game was an adventure at all. There is no open world to explore. It's a series of levels with a mediocre hub world that you can't even jump in.

The gameplay is great even with a little button lag. But in a house with a 5-year-old we have spent many hours just playing this game. It's loads of family fun.

The game starts off very slow, but it does eventually pick up as Sackboy gets some new gadgets later on. It's an enjoyable, competent platformer, but probably won't be on your all-time favorites list. Worth noting: After more than a month, online co-op has finally been patched in, and seems to work fine. If you're not interested in the multiplayer though, it might be a good idea to skip this one. A decent chunk of the game is completely inaccessible in singleplayer mode.
