    I got this product for my granddaughter for christmas. i set it all up with passwords and have everything ready to go for christmas morning. I didn't have any problems navigating around. the only thing i still didn't get figured out was how to print from e-print. I am pretty sure she will figure it out.

    This thing is functional and cheap . The main problem is the power cord . I have bent the little metal part that goes into the chromebook twice by just setting it down wrong . The first time I had to get it replaced . It is not secured very well.
