I purchased this item for my husband and am amazed at how often he uses it. He is so happy with the fluidity of the chromebook and it does everything he wants it to do.

not as customizable as I hoped. just not used to chrome os, I prefer windows.

My favorite feature about this product is how I can send files from my phone to the computer in one click. Another great feature is that you have the option when installing apps on computer you can send them to your phone as well..

I couldn't add the program's I wanted ., it made it hard to keep.

The AC charger would not stay plugged into the AC charging port. Returned to Bestbuy where they said the charging port was broken.

I bought this Chromebook over a year and a half ago and it still works like new. Great for light use (web browsing, emails, writing documents, playing apps). It's also very lightweight and I like the unique "stitched" look around the edges.

This is good for mostly email and browsing Internet.

We use chrome books at my school and I figured we should get one for the house. My girls enjoy it. I enjoy it. We're able to get our work done and pull up all of our Google apps with ease.

My daughter was happy to open her laptop on Christmas. She can't wait to start using it in school. But in the mean time she is using it for fun.

I needed a replacement for my old Win XP laptop and this works perfect for that. This is all solid state so it boots quick and doesn't get hot in your lap. I even set it up to print directly to my HP printer.

A great alternative to the Microsoft Surface. If you are an Samsung Android user it is the perfect companion to your phone.

The Chromebook is an excellent machine. It was Purchased for a 13 year old and she LOVES it.

We've been using it for a year now without issues for basic tasks. Sleek look and feel. Wish it had 1080p resolution.

I absolutey hated this laptop. Returned the next day! Don't waste your money, Ispend a few more bucks and go with an HP or dell.

This Chromebook is very simple to use and it is nice that it has everything in one place for you. It's great for simply browsing the web but not so great for anything else. I do use this to do schoolwork and it does have 'Slides' to create presentations, but editing photos and doing much else is kind of out of the question on this thing. The other thing I really REALLY don't like is how often my Chromebook likes to crash on me. It likes to crash, at minimum, three times a day. That's a lot. Now, it does reboot itself pretty quickly once it FINALLY unfreezes and crashes, but it's pretty annoying to have a frozen screen for as long as 3-6 minutes sometimes. Sometimes you just have to shut it down yourself because it just freezes up to the point where it can't respond at all. I really only use this to check email, browse Facebook and watch Hulu and Netflix so it's something I've been able to deal with albeit very annoying and frustrating. I definitely wouldn't recommend this as anyones main source as a laptop though.

Chromebook was bought for a school as a gift for the top student, so they could use it for school next year.
