It's an ok device but would problely not buy it again

I bought an open box computer. This one was certified. So I spent a couple extra dollars for the one that was certified. When I got home and opened it. it didn't even work. I was disappointed so I ended up taking it back in buying it somewhere else.

Could not download basic programs such as microsoft word. Did not fit my needs just wanted something for my online classes and minor editing but it did not allow me to download photoshop or illustrator.

I bought a Samsung Chromebook 27 months ago because I didn't want to carry another 6 lb laptop around. My 2.5 lb Chromebook has been everything I wanted and I have not found a place where I haven't been able to use it. I have 80 Kindle books on it, and upload pictures and text to my Google drive daily. I have found Chromebook support to be excellent and the Microsoft ads to be inaccurate. This is a great machine and a lot less money than comparable stuff. I'd buy another one.

All chromebooks are amazing computers, but may not be the best computer for everyone's personal needs. I'm a student, and in my case having the chrome book is amazing. I first received a chromebook through my school and it was amazing. I loved it so much I've bought myself a personal one. The only downside I could see being a problem is if someone needed to use Microsoft word or something. The only other downside is that there isn't a dvd drive or anything so that kinda sucked but still. If your looking for a cheap and lightweight laptop to surf the web or write papers this is an amazing computer for you. And from what I've heard, it's a bit hard to download games but I'm not sure. The chrome book allows me to keep all my files and documents on one cloud, and this is extremely convenient for me because I am able to access my files from any surface that supports it. And this is different than iCloud. MUCH DIFFRENT!! And I personally think much better. And if you feel that you don't want to switch to a chromebook because of your music collection, that's no problem. I can still listen to all my music normally. Overall this is an amazing computer an I completely Recommend this to students and the everyday internet user. But not to gamers or those who need to download a million things. But really great computer!
