Great product with a snappy processor (Intel w/ 2GB RAM). Fast and responsive with a great keyboard. Cloud / web-based computing is the future, hence a brilliant concept adopted by Google. Backed by the wonderful customer service of Best Buy, I couldn't ask for a better experience.

My main laptop is a nice MacBook Air but I needed something a little more portable for my needs that I could use for work. I was looking for a cheap laptop to use for work that I could just throw in my bag and not worry about it being stolen. This laptop worked great for that purpose! It may be a Chromebook but it works really well for my needs and love having it as a backup.

This is my first chromebook and I love it! I was a little skeptical of getting a chromebook but thought of giving it a try since I only need it for checking e-mails and internet browsing. You can't go wrong with the price. The only problem is that my son can't play the game he liked because it is not supported by Chrome OS.. But overall, it's fast- compared to my other windows laptop..

It is easy to learn how to use it. Very fast speed. The chrome book has good battery life. The display is good. The sound volume is good.

Very good build quality - has a metal frame and really sharp screen. The os loads in less than 10 seconds and runs fast. Great for email, social, long battery life, just all around fun to use.

This chromebook looks very nice and it is great for students or people who mostly want to browse the internet. It doesn't have much memory and like other chromebooks it doesn't have a disc drive.

Exterior looks like a sleek macbook. Definitely recommend!

It's a good cheap, lightweight option for basic web browsing and integrates well with google chrome apps, but can't do much else.

I got this because I needed a more lightweight, portable computer and it's working out great! Love it so far!

I bought this for my 10 year old to browse the Internet and play online games. She loves it. She likes to plug it up to the tv and watch her computer on the tv. She also really likes the way it looks.

I really like this chromebook. I purchased two. And the fact that it has less of a chance to get a computer virus, made it attractive even more. I still have a desktop but I cant wait until there is a chrome based desktop.

I bought this computer for my high school aged kid. She uses it to do school projects and reports as well as interacting with her friends through social media. We have had this computer for 30+ days and have had no problems. Works great and delivers exactly what was promised.

I wanted something that was smaller that I could put in my backpack so I didn't have to carry a separate laptop case. This little chromebook gets the jop done. I got this after my macbook crashed and I am literally in no rush into getting another macbook.

While this is thin, light and stylish, it's worthless if it's NOT CHARGED. I'm typing a review of this on the Chromebook and I have had to push the charger back in multiple times. The charging light is only visible when it's open so you don't even know if it's working when you plug it in. DUMB.

Do NOT buy this. I bought 2 of these and they both are worse than ANY android device I ever had. Skype doesn't work, other apps are slow or don't function properly. It is a really POOR product and it is DEFINITELY not a laptop. Cannot replace a laptop in a million years.
