no manufacturer warranty after 6 months
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought the chromebook 7 months ago for my daughter to use her first year of jr high She was watching net flix and the screen went blank then it looked like a giant bar code. Took the unit to back to best buy and they said the samsung manufacturer has a one year warranty on all there laptops except for this one model and my only option is to buy another one

Don't bother; lasted 1 month

But after a month it was broken. We didn't pay the $80 bucks for the coverage at Best Buy and for the second time had to deal with the same customer service person in Macedonia Ohio at the Best Buy. I knew she would not help us. As usual, it was an unpleasant experience and this computer is in the trash can.

Samsung Chromebook

I've had nothing but issues with trying to open files from my instructors and completing some of my work. Now I have to spend more money on another laptop.

Do not buy open box

Can't use Skype!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my mother in law who uses Skype to communicate with family and friends in Europe...but you can't use Skype on a Chromebook pc...go figure. I'm returning it tomorrow.

worst chromebook ever
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the is the single worst piece of laptop I have ever had. it keept on freezing every 5 minutes. because I bought it as a refurbish they would not take it back. and samsung refused to fix it for free. ended up throwing it away. never am i buying samsung laptops or tvs.
