Geek Squad has been VERY disappointing, not showing up for 3 appointments. WIFI is still not set up on oven. But, the oven is quiet, oven light is bright, it is a gorgeous appliance. It has unfortunately been very frustrating dealing with Best Buy and Samsung SmartThings.

Samsung came out. Made it worse. Will change it after remodel is complete. Worth eating $3000 to get an over that is good to use. It ain’t this one.

Outstanding Double Oven

Cutting edge technology (almost), steam baking and convection as well as traditional heating. The steam feature is what really stands out. When baking pies and cakes we tried the steam feature and received favorable results. Baking chicken with steam seems to keep the chicken breast from over drying and thus eliminates the need for aluminum foil to hold in the moisture. The oven is to new to fully rate as I have only prepared 3 meals in one week of use. I'm writing this review prematurely solely to voice my displeasure with Samsung and this oven's display. The one feature that is missing almost drove me to return a $3500 oven. I have grown accustomed over the years to be able to look into my kitchen from the couch and see the time. Well - this sweetheart of an oven WILL NOT DISPLAY THE 'ALWAYS ON' TIME. Now before you ask - yes I read the manual, yes I went back to the BB store I purchased the oven and finally I spent 30 minutes of my precious Saturday morning online with the Samsung Tech Support person who had no TECH SUPPORT SKILLS. I wont bore you with it though but its typical. The biggest display I have ever seen on an oven will only reveal the time once you touch the display. Well - I still recommend this oven to anyone with baking hobbies and family meals but be aware - if you have no other clock in your kitchen (like me) you will need one. That is all.
