Didn’t Receive after Two Scheduled Appointments

On July 1st our delivery got canceled due to unavailability. It was then rescheduled for July 24th. This 2nd delivery was also canceled. We are now scheduled for August 31st. The rest of our kitchen project is finished and now our contractor will have to try to fit us into his booked schedule to install this…if it ever comes in. We are very disappointed with the broken promises of delivery! This review is for availability and not the product. If/when we ever receive it I will review the actual product.

Looks Hollywood futuristic and performs well

There are lots of cooking options, but the interface is still simple and intuitive, using full names (eg pizza) instead of reference code numbers (02) as options. Self-closing oven door is quiet. The Flex dual-convection oven does not have all the features of an actual dual oven, but actually works great for what it’s designed to do. You may even find this oven more practical and efficient for “daily use” than a full size double oven. It can also prep bread dough and dehydrate food. We had no problem connecting it to WiFi. The iOS mobile app is useful. You can add a frozen pizza to your shopping cart and start preheating the oven before leaving the store...how cool is that! Microwave is quiet and can also convection bake, broil, dry fry, etc., thus eliminating some counter-top appliances and freeing up precious counter real estate. Love the drop-down microwave door for holding hot items temporarily. Not only does this entire unit perform well, it looks awesome. The screen-saver clock combined with the Hollywood Transformer style knobs, brushed stainless steel, and blue accent lights give this oven an awesome high tech futuristic look and feel. This would be a great addition to any contemporary designed kitchen. This oven is a bit pricey, but if you are willing to wait, it usually goes on sale at 20% off several times a year at all the major outlets. So many things to love about this appliance. By the way, my wife and I purchased this unit with our own money and received nothing for writing this review. I hope this review helped.

Steam bake is not working!

I followed the instructions on the user manual but it was still not working. The technician came and tried to fix for a couple of times but there's no luck.

Duo oven isn't great

The oven doesn't work as well as we had hoped. We had a double oven before and had hoped this would be just as good if not better but food doesn't cook right.

Quiet!

It took a bit for us to find the right configuration but with the top (3rd) rack and on auto sense mode this is by far the best dishwasher we have ever had. Only con is the long 2+ hr wash/dry cycle time.

Poor Quality, Poor Service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I intensely researched appliances and I wish I had taken the negative reviews for this unit more seriously. It looked great, but the microwave stopped working after only a month. After 6 weeks of the local Samsung service company trying to fix it (and 4 service calls) they gave up. Unfortunately Samsung said they could not replace the oven/microwave combo so they issued me a refund. I now need to find a similarly sized oven/micro to fit the cabinet cutout and I have been without a microwave for 6 weeks. Some more detail on what I experienced. As mentioned, the unit worked for a month and during that time the features were great. However the microwave sensors then appeared to fail and indicated that the door was open even when it was actually closed. This meant the microwave was not usable unless I pushed hard on the door while my meal heated up. I've had many less expensive microwaves that worked like champs for many years. A $3000+ appliance failing after a month is not what I expected. The Samsung service experience made this even worse. Wait time to call Samsung is often lengthy and their reps are often unable to help you directly. Many calls ended with, “another department will get back to you in 2-3 business days.” There is only one local Samsung appliance repair company in my area as well. All totaled, we’ve made 10+ calls to the local repair shop and Samsung and spent at least 2-3 hrs on the phone over the course of 6 weeks. You may not get a lemon like I did, but the poor service should make you think twice about ordering. If you search other reviews you’ll see similar mentions of poor customer service and repair issues with this unit. I cannot recommend this unit or any other Samsung appliance based on the service level I experienced.

Great when it works!

Only problem is that it went out just after the warranty was over. Had a service guy check it out and it was a burnt transformer. replaced the transformer and back to great looks and good cooking and POW 6 months later out again. Unbelievable reliability for the money I spent. I have had $3-400 appliance quadruple the lifetime of this one. You don't know how much you need it until you dont have it! Buy something reliable!

Loved it when it worked

Only way to diagnose/fix is to remove it from the wall. No one will service it without it being removed first. Samsung provides no service whatsoever. Also, already had to replace the plate spinner in the microwave twice. I've been a huge Samsung fan (over 10 products/appliances) but after this I will not buy from Samsung. Their quality is not worth the price and lack of customer service.

Had a very dangerous failure - Trash after 6 years

There were three faults on the circut board, the worst of which kept the microwave ‘on’ the whole time. After getting a repair tech out to see what the buzzing was, he declared it was the most dangerous failure he had seen in his career so far. Got this as a package with a dishwasher (already replaced), gas stove (one element recently stopped working) and a fridge (controls for drawer stopped working, icemaker freezes constantly). Very much eegret going with Samsung.

I do not recommend this unit or any combo unit.

We've owned this Combo Wall Oven for 3 years and 3 months. The microwave stopped working after 2 years and 9 months and now it's stopped working again. The process to get this repaired is painful. I regret purchasing a combo unit and wish we had separate unit so that I could more easily replace a microwave rather than have to pay $400+ for each repair. The unit is out of warranty. I'm just hoping that the board that was fried again is under a warranty since it only worked for 6 months. That's a $126 part. Also, please note, that we are two adult household and do not have children, so our microwave use is most likely below normal use.

Samsung will not fix the problem they stated they no longer make this type of microwave and do not carry parts. Do yourself a favor and get any other combo that fits your opening

PURE JUNK!!!!!!

Within the first year, the unit would freeze up from time to time, for about 5 to 10 minutes and then start working again. A little over a year later one of the boards had to be replaced to correct the issue. It took the service guy a couple of trips, but it finally was working. Samsung did a good faith warranty on the labor because it was little over a year when we called, but we had to pay for the part. The WIFI would not connect and never have been able to get it to do that. Now an error code comes up C-A2. After reading NUMEROUS blogs on this I found out this is one of the most common error codes. I purchased the Samsung Technicians guide and went through all the steps. Replaced both cooling fan motors and sensors and then replaced the main board (last option in the tech repair guide) and still have the code. I have 2 fridges by Samsung and neither ice maker works and that too is VERY frustrating. I WILL NEVER BY SAMSUNG APPLIANCES AGAIN!!!!!

SAMSUNG HAS THE WORSE APPLIANCES EVER

Can’t use either one. Refrigerator freezer thaws out refreezes for no reason. Spent $1000 extra for outside door. Piece of crap. Doesn’t open properly half the time. Cooktop won’t work half the time. Wall oven had to be replaced within 7 months. Cooktop cuts off due to heating issues. Heat sensor replaced same issues. Cooktop goes from setting 3 to 15 by itself burns food. Samsung has no customer service. Very poor. Closes out tickets with no repair tech ever sent out over and over. No return calls from Samsung. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT MADE BY SAMSUNG! BEWARE! BAD SAMSUNG REVIEWS ON LINE. RESEARCH BEFORE YOU BUY.

Well worth it.

I got rid of my regular microwave and was able to do a 36' range because of this unit I will buy another one when I do a kitchen remodel. Love it.

They had to replace the front control panel part with the display and another part for the microwave. Luckily, it was covered by the warranty. Ever since it was replaced the microwave does not function well and part of the control panel doesn't work. After 4 years of having to use another microwave, a countertop appliance I shouldn't need, I am just at my end about it. The function of the lower oven has been great. I just wish I didn't have a half useless appliance. It was so expensive (for us) and a purchase we made with a lot of consideration and thought. It turned out to be a disappointment. I wish I had an opportunity to replace it rather than what they offered with the warranty.

Unreliable unit, seems dangerous
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought in November 2018 and control panel started to freeze randomly for few minutes and come back to normal a little bit after 1y of ownership. Since last month the oven temperature became totally unreliable, but more importantly would just not turn off. We found the unit still heating and extremely hot in the morning while the selector was on off. Temp was at 450F but we never set that high. Only way to stop it was to turn it off at our electrical panel. It just happened again yesterday. This seems to be dangerous and a fire hazard now.

Warning - Samsung Products are Unreliable - JUNK!

Price was good and they looked great. I have had the repair people out to my home twice for this unit. It does not keep the proper temperature in either oven. It beeps, chirps and flashes when not using it. Not to mention the times when I needed to use it (thanks giving day for one) and it just wouldn't work. I will review the Fridge but I would caution you not to buy that either. THey are putting out good looking affordable products that are unreliable.
