Clothes get super clean with little wear and tear.

This is my first Samsung product and I'll be buying the dryer next month. This is the quietest washer I've ever heard, spins the clothes almost dry and even the shortest wash produce the cleanest clothes. Just love it. My purchase - Samsung - 4.2 Cu. Ft. 11-Cycle High-Efficiency Steam Front-Loading Washer - Merlot

It seems to be clean the clothes, but it is very squeaky during the spin cycle. May just need to be adjusted? Also, the clothes don't smell clean, but may be the detergent I am using. I also don't like that I can't make my own cycle. I have to choose a program - I just want to wash the clothes! Very complicated and overdone.

There is a definite learning curve going from top loader to front loader. Machine is huge, but uses much less detergent and much less water. Clothes are less wet after rinse cycling and seem to come out cleaner. Love the merlot color but it tends to show laundry room dust more than a white machine would.

This is a great product. Very Energy efficient and easy to use.

Replaced an 18 yr old washer, WOW I can't believe the simplicity of such a complex machine. So many settings to get the exact results quickly & efficiently. Also bought the dryer to go along with it (that was 20 yrs old).

This is my second set of front loaders. I can not believe how much easier and more advanced this new set is. My new set is a Samsung and my old set was a LG. My old set is still going strong but not quite big enough so I gave it to my parents and they are very happy with them.

Purchased from Best Buy after our unit failed. Service from Best Buy was great on the purchase, but they initially dropped the ball on delivery. However, when brought to their attention, they went out of their way to make it right for us. Would recommend them.

Liked the color and the load capacity my wife likes because it takes less time to do the wash. Because of the load size.
