Q: Where is the lint collector and how do I clean it?
A: Do it please, I spent my weekend using this washer machine and It is Amazing the way that wash the clothes, save on water, Electricity and the clothes is so Clean, It is incredible, I can not explain how happy I feel about it. Do not hesitate !!!!!!.
A: Like most front load washers, the door on the WF42H5400AW opens from right to left and cannot be reversed to open from left to right because of the location of the door lock. The dryer doors, however, are reversible, so it can open in the opposite direction to the washer when set up side by side, or in the same direction if the units are stacked. Q: What is the stacked Height with stacking kit
A: Hi Justin, The stacked height of the WF42H5400AF and matching Dryer is 77-1/2", and Samsung recommends leaving 6" above the units for ease of installation as well as air circulation. It's important to have sufficient room above the units in order to lift the Dryer on top of the Washer to stack them, as well as space on the sides to maneuver the units into place. In addition, the clearance requirement for depth when installing the units in an enclosed area like an alcove or closet is approximately 41". I would suggest referring to the specifications sheet or installation section of the User Manuals, which can be downloaded as pdf files from Samsung's website, for additional clearance requirements for closets. Q: Does this washer come with the hot and cold water hoses?
A: When the unit was delivered, it came with a set of "standard" hoses. I believe there's an option to purchase fancy ones, but the ones that come with the unit have worked great for me so far.
A: Depends on the wash cycle. Quick Wash is 26 minutes. Regular Wash is 45 minutes. You can add extra rinse and extra spin for about 10 more minutes. The longest cycle (Sanitize) is about 2 1/2 hours. There are 9 other cycles in between. Super Speed will shorten some cycles by about 10 minutes, You can add Steam to some cycles for about 20 more minutes wash time. There is a Rinse and Spin cycle that lasts 19 minutes. You can also delay your wash load in hour increments if you want it to start it at some other time.
