You can add steam to help with wrinkles, and you can even save presets for those loads you would like to wash the same way every time. My only thing is its not as quiet as I thought it would be, but it IS a washer machine at the end of the day.

My wife loves it!

My wife loves it, actually I am afraid that she like it more than me, since the washer is singing to her :) It was quite an upgrade for us compared to what we had at our rental place. Clothes come out really nice, and very clean. I would recommend this washer to everyone.

Good Washer

Cycles are a little longer than my old front loader but that is not an issue for me. It is a good size as well. I won't give it excellent because I think the fact that the pedestals are not included in any of these models (not just Samsung) is a rip off. At a minimum they should be about 75% cheaper than they are.
