Did a lot of research before I made this purchase. Sales help was fantastic and very knowledgable. Delivery men were polite and gave a demo of it once installed. Washer is quiet, efficient and simple to operate! Recommend for sure.

I like the washer really well. It works great, clothes come out cleaner.

If you just use the normal setting it works well but I haven't figured out the knack to all the other settings yet. For example even a small load on the Sanitize or Allergen setting takes two hours. We have the "Steam" function but it doesn't let me select it. But does it clean my clothes. Yep. And the song at the end is pretty adorable. Its hard to be mad at it.

The washer and dryer are easy to operate and we've had no problems!

I LIKE THE EASY FRONT LOADING OPTION. IT WORKS VERY WELL, GETS THE CLOTHES VERY CLEAN.

Everything is great so far! Be sure to get warranty because my last one died at 3 years & it would have cost $400 to repair. I just bought a new one, but these should not be made to be disposable.

Washer has been great! It’s very quiet through most of the cycle, the only time it’s not is the last few minutes when it’s finishing up. Clothes come out very clean and the multiple options are great and simple.

This is my first front loader washing machine. Apparently, there is a learning curve that comes with the switch. The front loaders use much less water and take about twice as long as the old school top loaders. That being said, my clothes come out clean. So I guess it's doing its job.

Great features at a great price. No problems after 50 plus loads.

So far seems to work well. Even though it has VRT, the machine shakes until it gets going on spin. I have checked it with a level and it is stable on the floor at rest, so not sure what else to do. Water pump runs a lot more than I would expect which I don't think is necessary and will probably cause pre-mature wear. It also says it has a special way of dispensing bleach so it evenly distributes it, but unlike older machines where you can put bleach in and dilute with water before adding clothes, this doesn't allow for it, and even a little bit will ruin anything with color, so be careful. I know bleach isn't for colors, but you could get away with a little bit in an older machines to disinfect. Not this one. Other than that, washes very well, very quiet, love the fast spin cycle and sanitize feature. It cut my dryer time in half due to the super fast spin at the end of cycle
