So far seems to work well. Even though it has VRT, the machine shakes until it gets going on spin. I have checked it with a level and it is stable on the floor at rest, so not sure what else to do. Water pump runs a lot more than I would expect which I don't think is necessary and will probably cause pre-mature wear. It also says it has a special way of dispensing bleach so it evenly distributes it, but unlike older machines where you can put bleach in and dilute with water before adding clothes, this doesn't allow for it, and even a little bit will ruin anything with color, so be careful. I know bleach isn't for colors, but you could get away with a little bit in an older machines to disinfect. Not this one. Other than that, washes very well, very quiet, love the fast spin cycle and sanitize feature. It cut my dryer time in half due to the super fast spin at the end of cycle

This is my second Samsung VRT Steam front loader. 1st one crashed after 7 years of use, about $1,000 to replace internal drum per Mr. Appliance. Thank goodness for Black Friday timing. This time we purchased the +5 year GS Warranty. Do not purchase new supply hoses as the units comes with them.

My home is well stocked with Samsung products and I am usually predisposed toward buying this brand. This washer purchase was necessitated because the exact same model I purchased 3 years ago irreparably stopped working. I had to buy this model because I have it stacked on a Samsung Dryer and they tell me that you cannot stack competitive brands.Hopefully, this one will last at least 5 years. Something tells me that I should have bought the extended warranty. Why do we pay 3 times as much as we used to for appliances that last half as long?

It’s a great washer machine. Haven’t had any problems

I wish it had as many settings as our old samsung washer, but it is quieter. the spin is so strong that clothes come out close to dry. the time delay wash setting is a bit different but it does a good job and has a 10 year warranty.

We spent the extra $100 to upgrade to this washer from the smaller version and have not been disappointed. The extra space is noticeable and makes for easier handling of larger loads of laundry. The chrome around the door is a nice touch and makes the exterior look good, though I know wish we had upgraded the dryer to match. Very good product overall.
