Works great so far. Only set they had in stock. I would’ve rather had an LG product. I usually try and stay away from Samsung. I was surprised by the quality, but I was not surprised that there isn’t a way to completely turn all the sounds off, just most of them.

The name brand, ,price of appliances was close at other stores but I decided to purchase from Best Buy because the past experiences that I have has been great, the loyalty points is a deal breaker. I have had this set for just over a month now and greatly pleased, I have washed everything from bedclothes to hockey jerseys. Always come out clean and fresh. Very easy to operate.

We bought dryer and washer combo during memorial day for a good deal. There was no issues with the produce and they sing to us when they are done. It also has lots of space for clothes given that it used to take 4 loads with a smaller one and now it takes one. My wife says it smells funny, but I don't smell anything and she said it smells like new plastic.

I purchased this product as an open box item and saved $300.00 on the original price. This washer works exceptionally great, has lots of functionality and great easy to use menu. The front loader washer works very great and does not leave the cloths extremely soaked as some other reviews out there have claimed. I have had this item for 2 months and i am greatly satisfied with it`s performance and easy functionality. Would buy more of these in the future.

great job of cleaning, we use medium spin on our clothes, high spin on towels etc, as the high spin really gets out every drop of water left, could be a little hard on pants and shirts

This is the best washer I ever owned. It's very quite and easy to operate. I love the different options for different kind of clothes. Steam wash is awesome. I would highly recommend this washer

I really love this washing machine. It’s fairly quiet (for a washing machine) and I like that you can add things into the cycle if you forget an item out. Washing clothes well.

I have had this washer for 2 weeks now so i have not tested out all of the functions yet. But it is a nice washer, works well, clothes come out sparkling clean and the noise level is quite low. Other than some clicks now and then you hardly hear anything. One thing to keep in mind for a front loader is the footprint is larger than a top loader and it is a tight fit in my laundry room. Otherwise fully satisfied and no complaints. Will try to update this review in a few months when i fully familiar with all of the features.

This is a very nice wash machine. It's quiet when in use and has a magnet to keep the door open slightly when not in use which allows air to flow in so it doesn't get moldy. Nice feature since a previous machine I had didn't have that and it got stinky in there. Machine has all the features we need.

I love how the clothes come out. I also like that is huge and I’m able to put rugs and blankets. Basically you can wash anything you want.
