Although makes a lot of R2-D2 robot noises easy to operate. Do need to leave door open after use or it will smell moldy

Pretty quite washes and leaves clothes with long lasting clean smell. Should have bought it long ago.

This is our 2nd unit, same model and brand. The first one stayed with the house when we moved.

First time purchasing a washer and saw this one in the store as open box. Read the reviews and it was definitely a great deal! Clothes are clean and almost dry coming out. My whites look awesome!

It works well and washes well. But the balancing is really hard to get right. Best Buy did not balance well. Also, the inside needs dried or air dried so no Mildu builds up.

The machine does a very good job and is easy to use. It is the best machine that I've ever owned.

Good washer but the door stays locked when the cycle is done, so you have to turn it back on, hold unlock and shut it off again. Kind of annoying. Other than that it's been good so far, hope it lasts more than 5 years.

We have 3 dogs, so keeping up on laundry, towels, bedding, etc was difficult before. This machine has a large drum and is very efficient in cleaning. It works very well for our clothes too.

This new washer and dryer are a great addition to my overhall of my garage. The steam effect on both machine is new and innovative. I will reccomend the set to my neighbors.

I've never had cleaner clothes! Nice and quiet, you can bearly tell it's running half the time.

Has the cycles I use and a little more. Like the energy and water efficiency. Cleans well.

First wash door would not open, did not drain correctly. Spin and rinse and it opened. Had similar problems and it took very long for wash to complete, gave two different error messages. Called for service, have BB maintenance plan, stayed on hold, BB has no techs in area, sent me to Samsung for additional hold time. Samsung connected to third party site, more hold time and two week wait for service. Washes well.
