This unit has everything I wanted & needed quite dont even know its operating touch sensitivity on point options great digital view & I love when finished you don't get this loud disturbing buzz my main focus was less water usage because of private well & cleaner wash which both goals has been achieved!

This washer has lots of features. Cleans great. IS quiet.

A joy to use and operate. The dial and noises this thing make makes it fun to do laundry. Oh and it cleans great too.

So far, I love this washing machine. It washes large loads of clothes without using a ton of water. Very efficient.

Washes clothes well. However I would go back to a top loader as I don't see an option to soak clothes with a little bleach. On adding bleach to a light wash I got a tie dye look which never happened with my previous machine

I love the fact that it is so easy to use. The machine basically runs it self; all I have to do is push a button and it knows how much water to use and what temperature to set it on. No more guessing :0)

We like the washer- it's really big. For the small closet that we have its too big but it's my bad we didn't measure beforehand. Our clothes are clean and there are no leaks or problems since it was installed so I have no complaints.

This washer ranked highly compared to other brands. I've used it for a few weeks now and am very happy with it.

3 years later washer runs like new, barely done the auto clean feature (don’t take my advice, do it as much as the manufacturer recommends you to) only recommendation from another owner is not to slam the door close as that may wear it down after awhile

This washer is quite and efficient. It is also very simple to use.

This washer is pretty nifty. You just put the clothes in and it figures out how much water to use. It's easy to select the washing cycle, including a self cleaning cycle. It's quiet and doesn't shake, rattle, or roll. If it doesn't break right after the warranty expires, it will be perfect.

So far so good. Have had for almost a month, and is working as expected.

I bough it to replace my 15 year old front loading washer. It is much more morden and quieter than the old one. The price is reasonable and the available features are enough for oan ordinary use. I give it four stars now because I have only use the washer twice so far. I need to get more experience on this machine.

Good so far. have to wait for long term service. quiet but bulky.

This replaced our older GM model and we are glad we choose Samsung. Have been using it for a few months now and there are no flaws. The noise level is low and the looks are beautiful as well. We also use the Samsung dryer that matches with is and they can also be stacked if needed. A+!
