this device is great for Netflix and listening to music

it drys really fast. the only thing for me is my washer and dryer are set up to face each other and one of their cords are too short, so i counld use two of the cicles. But the sales lady did NOT mention it to me. I kept it anyway. However, I did wish I would know it be4 I purchased.

my wife uses this more than me, but seems pleased so far.

Works great and very quite. The only reason I do t give it 5 star is the detergent dispenser is small and awkward to fill. Specially the powder detergent always tends to spill a bit when emptying into the dispenser quickly.

I love it! It has different settings. I can steam clean my clothes or wash normal. And washes very well unlike my older washer. It removes stains without having to put any stain remover product on the clothes.

The washer works very well and does a good job cleaning all clothes. The only negative I have is the end of cycle plays a long musical tone and there is no way to shorten it. You can only turn it off.

Washer runs smooth, uses less water than top loader we had.

Had a strange smell inside washer. Like rubber. Getting better

This washer is great, as it holds plenty in each load, has many cycle options and gets our clothes very clean. It can be a bit loud at times in the cycle though.

Great Washing machine with good steam effect i def recommend it

We upgraded from the old fashioned agitator. Takes a little playing around to determine your similar preferred cycles. Note that if coming from agitator, they are no longer a direct correlation. We shrunk a bunch of clothes first. The other warning, the washer cannot flip sides to open on,only the dryer can. So if you need - have the installer flip the door on the dryer while they're there, so you aren't responsible for it. But, also, pay attention to your load swap and your set up with the doors. Otherwise, I'm really enjoying the upgrade!

Disappointed. Did a lot of research prior to purchase. Have done about 7 loads since delivery and no matter size or type of material being washed it bangs and is super noisy. I've even turned down the spin cycle and it still sounds like it's going to take off. YouTube has shown banging is a common problem with these units and has been "solved" with zip-tying the plastic pieces away from the drum (possibly broken?) causing the banging/ clanging. It does clean clothes well. I'd think twice about purchasing this though.

Two years. 5 calls to Samsung and Best Buy. We remodeled our home and purchased all appliances through Samsung. EVERYTHING! I've made several calls and they have made excuses and told me different things to do everything so that my washing machine (which washes clothes and towels) will stop smelling like mold. Bleach, vinegar and wiping out the build up and draining the water from the machine every two weeks is getting really old. Energy efficient? Who's energy?? Definitely not mine. Do not purchase a front loader and do not purchase a Samsung. Wish we would have gone with another brand. Finally after two years they are sending someone out. If there is a problem they will pay for the service. If there is not a problem I will pay for the service. Ridiculous

We have not had it for very long but so far we like it.

We have the prior version of this model, purchased from Best Buy 7 years ago. It is still going strong, with no issues whatsoever. So what better testimony did I need? Bought another one for 2nd laundry room.

Washer works great, love everything about it. Negative reviews we dont experience the issues. We did have a leaking door out of the box, but Best Buy came and replaced it and it works great.

My only complaint is I wish the it had a larger load capacity.

I got this product on sale. Great product, good price.

No complaints. We have had for 1 month and all is well.
