Error Code AE6
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This washer was purchased in 2014. Stopped working June of 2016 when error code displayed AE6, which according to Samsung service manual means; "A Communication error between the Inverter PBA and the Main PBA, Call customer service". After reading Samsung's poor online customer reviews I decided to forgo a nightmare and replaced this washer with one WITHOUT electronic controls. No more Samsung products for us!
