This washing machine was very easy to set up. It is very easy to operate. I have not purchased the WiFi modules, so I cannot comment on the Smarthome features at this time. I did notice that if you used Tide Pods (or similar), you must pull out the liquid detergent insert or the pod will not fully desolve.

Large size, efficient and very calm noise. Looks great and performs well

Nice and quiet. Do not like the front load part because constantly bending over when removing clothes to put in dryer and clothes get stuck along the sides so you are swiveling the inside to gt last items while bent over.. not friendly on the back. Also need to wipe dry the inner surface after every wash or leave door open on washer for half a day to let it dry out, not very convenient. Would not buy front load washer again (previously had top load)

This clothes washer does a great job and I love the add-in door in the event that I forget something. This brings the best features of a front-load with the add-in option that you get with a top-load machine.

THIS WASHER IS QUIET, EASY TO USE AND DOES A GOOD JOB CLEANING CLOTHES.

It's a great washing machine, lots of options, and very user friendly

This is a solid machine. The difference in capacity between the 4.2 cu ft. and the 4.5 is noticeable, and worth the cost in my opinion, especially for families of growing families. I haven't had the machine long enough to judge whether the AdsWash feature is worth the cost. The machine runs quieter than my old Kirkland brand machine, and the different wash cycles are convenient as well. I would recommend this model to a friend.

Works great for and never had any problems with it. Very high tech yet easy to use. Comes with lots of functionalities varying from per-set modes to fully manual operations. The only thing I don't like about it is the annoying peep when washing comes to an end. Probably can be muted but haven't figured out how.

We wanted a replacement washer and this one matched our old washer and dryer pair. This model has everything the wife was looking for and more. Larger capacity, the add door are both great features. She would recommend this to others and we were so lucky the store had this one in stock.

This is a very good washer that gets the clothes very clean. It has all the settings you really need. It was also eligible in my area for an energy efficient appliance rebate. Also it uses much less water than the top load that I had before the recall. I would recommend this for people on a septic that want to keep their water use down.

Love this washer and the color is gorgeous. Control panel is very easy to maneuver and it even plays a little song when the laundry is done. Loving all of my Samsung appliances. (Purchased the entire Samsung black stainless steel kitchen set...over range stove, smart slide in stove, and waterfall dishwasher...and azure washer and dryer).

I bought this after other model was recalled. Although my previous was fine compared to other people. I decided to not have recall repairs done and just buy new as Samsung sent replacement costs. Couldn't be happier, it cleans cloths better than top loader ever did.. I highly recommend purchasing front loader than top loader..

Great product. No complaints Quiet and nice color

We originally purchased a Samsung top loader and was very unhappy about it. The front loader is much better. One of the things we don't like about it is the warning when the clothes are finished washing. It used to be a buzzer; not its music that sometimes you can't hear. However, we would recommend.
