A: No, this is a solar powered machine. You should use it while out in the sun.
Q: I bought this machine but it is loud does anyone have this issue?
A: The one I purchased when spinning the inside drum around with your hand it sounds like a screw or ball rolling around in it that doesn't belong there. I'm considering returning it before it becomes a problem for me and it made the noise when it was delivered. They brought a second one which made the same noise so I told them to take it back before it made it off of the truck

Q: The washer keeps vibrating, even when level, across the floor. What can i do to fix this?
A: Did you remove the shipping plugs that the electric cord is held down with completely? If not it will vibrate and jump around even if it is level.
