The Azure color looks amazing! I painted my laundry room & added a back splash and it pops! The washer cleans well and I love the little song it plays when it's done (it's a little long but cute)

Great machine. Very kind to delicate or custom clothing. Very easy to use and does a thorough cleaning of items. I haven't used the Add wash door yet but I'm sure that will come into play very soon

You don't have to worry about whether or not the agitator is working or spin cycle being balanced! This Machine takes less time to clean your clothes.

Even though,0 I am short person, the front doors of the appliances are -to low-,and I have to bend to load the lundries. The cabinets I could have bought to make the appliances higher , are to EXPENSIVE for my budget So far, I am pleased with my purchases from Best Buy .

Replaced a whirlpool duet sport he that was about 8 years old and leaky and giving error codes. This machine has been wonderful so far. We've had it about 2 weeks. Multitude of cycles all customizable, includes any combo you'd ever want. Has a complete little song at the end of load, so cute! Inside is huge! Washes queen comforter easily. Very happy with purchase, delivery and take away of old one.

Awesome washing machine with a variable of settings!! There is even a steam setting and self clean! I stacked my units!!!

In order to use the addwash, you have to stop the cycle, which makes it obsolete. With addwash, there are extra nooks and crannies for mildew and mold to form. Buy a regular model without this unuseful gimmick.

Second Samsung setup we've purchased in last 5 years. Sold the last ones with house before moving cross country. Easy to use and washes clothes well. We don't use the trap door to add clothes to current cycle as much as we expected, but still handy while you have toddlers. We really like the unique blue color. I recommend the in 5 year in home service plan on modern digital appliances. Delivery was quick and efficient.

Our dryer died after 17 years and many nickel and dime repairs. We knew if we just replaced the dryer, the washer would likely die soon. So, on a mission to find a new matching pair, we looked at Best Buy. Lo and behold, we found this washer and matching dryer clearance priced. We got each for nearly 50% off which made having to pick them up at two stores 100 miles apart more palatable. The washer is fantastic. It's quiet, powerful, and cleans clothes much better than our old HE washer. Set up was as simple as it gets and as long as you've got basic mechanical aptitude, you can easily set it up yourself and avoid any installation fees. Just make certain to check and double check your hose connections for leaks right after installation and after a load or two of laundry....sometimes spin cycles tend to loosen things. And make sure to have some help so you can correctly level this thing....it's heavy! I would have given it 5 stars but have a couple of issues with it: 1) The filter in the bottom of the washer in the flip down door on the front fills up quickly with hair, lint, and anything that finds its way out of pockets. So it must be emptied often and it's a royal pain to empty. Not only is it a pain to empty, it's a pain to get it back in tight enough to prevent it from leaking. Luckily, I placed a drain pan under this washer because I found out just how hard it was to secure this filter / trap. I hate started a load of laundry after cleaning this trap out and upon checking about mid-cycle, I found the drain pan almost overflowing with sudsy water. I had to tighten the filter even more to get the leak stopped. This thing clicks like the gas cap on your car when you tighten it making you think it's tight enough. Don't believe it! Make sure it actually is tight enough!! 2) The washer requires a "self-cleaning" cycle be run every 40 loads. It will alert you when it's due to be run. While this is a nice concept, the cycle lasts almost 4 hours and uses hot water. Maybe not a huge issue from some people but that is a lot of water used and energy to heat it. Aside from those two issues, the washer is great and operates and cleans better than other HE machines I've used.

It s been only couple of weeks but we are very happy with the purchase. Our 8 year old samsung washer motor gave up and after a thorough research picked on this. Could have gone with the later version of the same but scaled back due to budget concerns. Its big enough for large loads and can easily take a king comforter with more than average fill still leaving some room. Cleans well and very quiet though it was installed in the second floor.

This is my first front load washer (after owning a top load for 25 years!) so I did a LOT of research before I purchased. Feature wise, the Samsung was not top of the heap. But what got me excited were the positive references to superior Samsung customer service. This was continually reenforced the more research I did. I even joined Consumer reports and there again, Samsung came out tops in customer service. So I took the plunge. I've had the washer a little over a month now. COULD NOT BE MORE IMPRESSED. The machine is quiet, super efficient on detergent whilst delivering a superior wash. Weirdly, the one feature that I thought was gimmicky - the Add-Wash - is something that I have used quite a few times already. Super handy!

I have only had this washer for a month but it get five stars from me. I have so many wash options and haven't gotten around to use them all. I like that it allows you to add an extra spin cycle, my old washer had it but the wash had to finish and then I could use it. I have used the normal, quick, towel and delicate cycle with no problems. I was looking into buying another samsung washer and dryer but it didn't have all the wash options this one had. What really sold me was the add wash, I always seem to forget something and this is great especially when on your last load and one item slipped by you.This washer is bigger than the previous one I had so I don't have to do as many loads which is great. The washer doesn't have that funky smell but I do leave the door open to let it air dry in between washes. This washer has a nice melody at the end of the wash not that annoying buzzer sound. The color is beautiful. Its easy to use and you can save a favorite cycle under the my cycle save. Can't wait to try out the other cycles and smart home option.

Purchased this Samsung Washer and Dryer about 4 months ago, and we absolutely love everything about them, especially the azure blue color because its different than your standard color options. They alllow us to wash and dry larger loads, and are super quiet compared to our old machines. The double door design allows us to throw in any items our kids bring after the wash has started...it really comes in handy! Only wish we would have purchased the matching pedestals for more height.

Have had washer since July. Must have done at least 40 loads already, since the "washer clean-me" icon is now staying lit on the control screen. Anyway, the washer has been doing a great job getting all my clothes clean with less water and detergent usage. Fits a lot of clothes, runs relatively quiet, and the add wash window is a neat plus. Glad I went with front load.

When I first started looking at front loaders I was weary of them because of so many people saying they start to stink and are a pain, especially if using cloth diapers for kids (which we do). But, I really liked the idea of a front loader for our king sized bedding which was always a huge pain in top loaders. After going in store to look at this model my worries of the upkeep were quickly put at ease from spending with the sales rep, he was very knowledgeable and honest. Yes, you want to leave the door open after a wash when it's not in use so it can dry (I did that with my top loader anyway). And yes, you will want to run a soft cloth under the rubber rim every once in a while.. no biggie! For the ease of use and the fact it EASILY accommodates my king sized bedding, I don't mind the "upkeep tasks" at all. The cycles are awesome, we use a variety depending on needs. The fact it has child lock is a bonus for the times a door isn't shut all the way and a sneaky toddler wants to investigate things. Overall, I am super happy with it and glad I gave it a try.

I read a lot different reviews for different washers , I mean hundreds I was so worried to get a new washer and dryer and having something we wouldn't like or didn't work. We took on a chance on this unit along with the dryer and so far I love it! The clothes come out really nice and clean. The only thing I did notice was that if I forgot or fell asleep to put clothes into the dyer and left them over night they would get that musty smell right away, I didn't run into that issue with other washers but not a big deal. The machines are quiet to the point where I double check to make sure they're working.

Happy with this washing machine. Looks nice. Cleans very well and runs quietly. Some of the cycles are very long, such as the cycle for towels, but they come out very clean and fresh smelling.

Able to keep existing pedestal. Also, I appreciate that you don't need to reset previous setting...if I wash whites and my next load is also whites, I don't have to go through all the other settings to select whites again.

Originally bought this because it was on sale and I liked the blue azure color. Since purchasing, I find the add a wash feature to be very convenient and I like the many wash cycles available to choose from. I can stuff a lot in this baby and it is quiet and works well.

I love this machine, it washes a lot of laundry and each load comes out very clean. It runs very quietly, and could not be happier with its performance and warranty!
