I love the color and it's very efficient. I love that I don't have to open the whole door to add clothes in and drip water everywhere, I just have to open the little door and slide them in.

I never had a Samsung washer before. I've had TV, DVD players, Blu Ray players and other devices. I went out on a limb because I've had a very good experience with Samsung made products. The washer outperforms the G.E washer I used to have. It also has more functions and a cleaning mode, which my G.E did not have. Then when the washer is done, it has a pleasant musical sound compared to a loud screeching noise most washers have. I know you can control it with an app, but i have not tested out this feature. This one also lets you put items in the wash if you accidentally forgot them, with a door inside the door that lets you load items in an already running load. Very handy

We upgraded to a larger washer (had Samsung previously). Great washer as was our previous one. We did order the Smart Home adapter from Samsung for both our washer and dryer. I do NOT recommend spending the extra $25 each for it. The only thing it allows you to do is to see where in the cycle your wash load is and send you a notification when it is complete. It looks like it should allow you to actually turn on your dryer or re-start but it does not and after spending 2 phone calls and about an hour total with them on the phone (most of them only know about tvs), I gave up.

I love this washing machine, it is very easy to use and quiet. The azure blue color is really nice compared to most boring grey or white ones.

I compared several different washers before selecting this one and I'm elated with this choice. The addwash feature is great! I've been able to wash comforters and they're noticeably cleaner. There is a setting for almost everything you can possibly wash, which I love!

Machine works well. I'm especially impressed with how smooth it runs during the spin cycle. I noticed a couple reviews where customers were complaining about vibration and I would venture to guess that they didn't level the washer properly. My floor under the washer has been damaged by water from my old machine and is rather soft yet the new washer spins very smoothly even though my floor doesn't really provide a solid foundation. This washer is much quieter than my old one and does an excellent job of cleaning laundry.

I did lots of research on this washer before I bought it. In the 2015 CR Buyers Guide this washer was placed in the $1000+ range, and got great reviews. I payed $650.00 at Best Buy in the outlet section. For that price I thought it would have a dent or two, maybe be a display model, to my great surprise this washer was mint! The delivery was anything but flawless, but on the actual delivery day the men were quick and professional, and I did my first load in it 5 minutes after they left. It's quiet, easy to operate, and can hold heavy loads including a King size comforter! Our clothes seem cleaner, and softer, smell great, dryer than the old washer after the spin cycle and I can finally wash 4 pairs of jeans at a time without any off center problem like my old top load. I am saving money on water, electricity and laundry products as well. I love SAMSUNG, and the best part of this washer is the pause button with a little door to throw in that sock that didn't make it into the washer ( because I dropped it carrying the basket to the laundry room) after it has already started it's cycle. AND no 250 dollar stand necessary because it is quite tall and I am short, plus I may want to stack the dryer on top and move my laundry room to the main level of the house. I'm so impressed that when my current dryer dies, I WILL buy the matching SAMSUNG dryer from BESTBUY!

My wife and I searched for a new washer for month and this had everything we wanted and was easy to stack in our pre-existing laundry area. Washer is super quite, efficient, and has been everything we were looking for. We would highly recommend this to friends, family and people looking for a new washer!! BEWARE OF THE 3RD PARTY BEST BUY USES FOR INSTALLATION!

I cant say enough good things about this product. Very little water usage, minimal amount of noise and delivers very clean clothes! Samsung once again lives up to their reputation.... Best Buy however seems to have little concern with their reputation. After a monumental sequence of mistakes from Best Buy, I was promised many incentives for the trouble. After not receiving a single thing that was promised I am still waiting (a month later) to receive some of the items I originally paid for. I have sent emails all month long, including calling their customer service phone line who tells me to email them. Home Depot had equal pricing on this unit, I should of gone with them.

This thing does everything except drive me to work, and it looks AMAZING!!! This is my second "new" washer in 3 years (only because I gifted my daughter the other one) and I Am In LOVE with this one!!! It works better than any washer I've ever owned, and it's gorgeous! I just couldn't be happier!

The little trap door on the front really sealed the deal for me as I typically forget at least one or two things after starting the load. To top it off, the color is one of my favorites. I had white previously and it always looked dirty and scuffed. The "azure" color works well in my neutral laundry room. One thing, I did have to exchange the first unit I received, because the door wouldn't latch completely latch. But Best Buy took care of that for free (picked up bad one, delivered replacement at no cost) since it was within the 30 day return window. The new unit latches as it should, and I love the new washing machine. I almost forgot to add, I can get more than a full laundry basket in there (about a weeks worth of clothes) with room left over.

Front load washers takes longer than the top load washers I'm use to but it works great! Quiet and efficient. Add wash is a huge bonus as sometimes I find items to add after already starting the wash process. Get the drawers at the bottom, it makes them the perfect height for loading/unloading.

As my summary says I love my washer. I have washed many loads now. The washer if very quiet. I clothes come out very clean. I have washed small loads and very large loads. We are a family of 5 and we have laundry for a family of 10 and this washer has been able to keep up. Best purchase ever. The only issue is that you can not switch the door.

This machine works great. It's quiet, thorough, and full of settings for the proper clean. I'm used to using barracks washing machines and laundromats, so this was a crazy improvement. I got the white machine because im cheap. The color looks fine. Its still shiny and pretty.

This is the second Samsung washer I have bought they have come along way since my last one. The small door on the front to add stuff after starting is nice but you still have to pause the load it has wifi option but I haven't hooked it up as you have to order the adapter separately it has many load options and is super quiet overall I love it

Holds a LOT of clothes and everything gets nicely clean. I do wish the part to communicate with it by smartphone came with it, instead of having to buy it separately. The feature where you can empty a whole bottle of laundry detergent into it and it's automatically doled out would be nice, too, but it's a great machine for the money.

Samsung is the best washer if you want no vibration and a quiet wash this is your pick. It does a great job on the wash spins it dry we love the extra door that you can add something into the washer if you forgot. If your washer is on the main floor of your house or on the second floor I would buy no other one but this one.

We bought this for our new home. Its been 6+ months now and its working just fine. No complains. Worth buying.

I recently needed to replace my Whirlpool top loader and after looking at several different washers, decided on the Samsung. I have only had for a couple of months, but so far so good. I wasn't sure what to expect, but so far this is a great washing machine. It seems to take much less water than my top loader, and I am not seeing as much lint in my wash trap as I did with my top loader. I am thinking this is a good thing. I also notice that the spin cycle is way more effective as my clothes and towls come out a lot less damp than my top loader, so it takes less time to dry. Overall I think this new machines is saving me money on water and gas right away, which is nice. The only thing I think I would recommend is the extra base, as it is quite low to the ground, so a lot of bending over. Also it is very difficult to see in the machine, so I use a flashlight to make certain I didn't miss any stray clothes. Overall this is a great machine and would recommend to anyone looking for a front loading machine. I have only used the ability to add clothes once or twice, but it is a nice feature.

Looks great, does not make as much sound as some reviewers have mentioned. Efficient, and great feature to add clothes mid-wash.
