I love love love this washer,it gets our clothes clean,I love the many different washing cycles this washer has.I am very excited that you can add more clothing to the wash after it has started, this is very great for me because I'm the person that always forgets to put something in!!!!Not to mention that it is a beauty on the eyes!!!!

I love this washer. I was apprehensive due to the price originally but we really needed a new washer. I am loving the addwash and have used it multiple times. My clothes have never smelled fresher. Also the washer spins so much water out of the clothes that I find that I am drying them for less time. Wonder what the difference would be if I had the dryer as well.

We have only owned this washer for a few months but we have no complaints. Very user friendly and gets the job done smoothly. Our old washer (5yrs old) use to rattle and shake violently (most likely the drum needed to be recalibrated). This particular washer makes little to no noise or intense vibrations.

I LOVE this washer! The facts that I can program my normal loads makes it so easy! Power, start and the laundry gets done quick~ only downside is the smart home function doesn't work without an adapter-but still well worth it as that isnt a necessity for me.

I believe I made a great choice when purchasing this washer and dryer comb. My clothes come to really clean... These machines are so spacious, I have no problems washing my king size comforters. I have only had these for 3 weeks so I can give a full review... But I definitely think they are worth the money!!!!

This machine expertly delivered and installed by Best Buy, as promised. However, I attempted again and again the whole day to connect it to the WiFi and Smart Home app to no avail. I unplugged, restarted, restarted the modem, restarted the phone...no no no no. Finally, after spending my whole day on this I called Samsung. She informed me this is an old machine that is no longer made. They don't even make parts for it anymore, It needs some kind of adapter to connect to the WiFi, and Samsung doesn't even make that adapter anymore. Now, I don't really care about controlling the washer by WiFi, however, they charged me $1000 for the machine, almost exactly the same as the brand new WiFi enabled machine. If I had gotten a big discount it would have been fine, because, I loved the machine. However, after I reached Best Buy, they said they would exchange it for the new one rather than discount it. Your loss Best Buy. I just don't reccommend it at full price in case, heaven forbid, something happens to it. (They do not make parts for it anymore, remember?) Just a reflection on the short sighted business practices of Best Buy.

I did a lot of research and found this and and it's companion dryer to be the best bang for the buck. It's well performing and looks great. I actually look forward to doing laundry. Check consumer comparison sites and it'll show you that this washer is highly rated.

Wow!!! This Samsung washer machine is so beautiful and it’s really efficient! Low water consumption. I love the idea of adding more clothes to your load after you started the cycle. I use to do that with my old open top washer machine. So now I can enjoy this future in a front load machine.

After years of whirlpool products & the disappointing quality decline with that manufacturer. We decided to take the plunge with Samsung! All can say is WOW!! I'm super impressed with the quality of this washer & love, love, love all of the options... steam, pause cycle to add a shirt. & color is beautiful. I'm truly happy with my new Samsung washer!

I purchased this washing machine, open-box, for 40% of the retail price. Basically, it's a brand new machine with a couple of mars around the base that were quickly buffed out. Machine runs well, quietly and efficiently. Note: I also got the attached base for 1/3 the retail price, brand new, because the salesperson didn't want to remove it. :-D

Finally upgraded after 10 years of the same washer and this thing is amazing! From the option to add clothes I've the cycle has started to the different options to wash - there nothing betting this washer.

This washer was a replacement to the Samsung my wife and I had for 10 years. All that can be said is it works as expected. Clothes come out clean and that's all we require from it. Have never used the addwash feature, but nice that it's there if needed.

Very satisfied with my new Samsung High Efficiency Washing Machine! I have always wanted to buy this product and it's totally worth it! The machine is highly effective and doesn't even make noises! Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for washing machine

Had this washer for about 2 months now and all has been working great! Stays very quiet and doesn't wobble around a lot during cycles. Only downside is that the door doesn't have the ability to open from either direction, aside from that, great washer. I did not get the app features set up and haven't used the delayed start yet, but hope to in the near future

This is a great washing machine . I had a Samsung for last 8 years. I would definitely recommend this brand, super quiet and has many options . The front opening to add extra clothing is a nice option .

I purchased this washer apprehensively as I had heard horror stories of front loading washers. I have had the washer a little over a month and no smell or extra water residue. It quick and easy to wipe clean and has so many options. The wrinkle away option works great for a quick wrinkle free clothing solution and it beats having to iron.
