This washer is INSANE! I wasn't sold on the idea of this washer at first but when I tested it out in the store it didn't take long to convince me. This washer does NOT disappoint! I have washed everything from jeans, dress pants, tees, comforters, shower curtain, and even my bed liner! The setting are very easy to understand and the steam cycle options are insane! There are still a lot of settings that I have not used but good to know that I have when needed. (i.e. Allergen, Sanitize) My only disappoint so far are the terrible reviews that I read (after purchasing) on the smart care function. NONE of them are good! For the price of the washer/dryer the usb should have came with it in my opinion. I am tempted to get one just to see if the reviews are concrete or a simple flaw of human error.

I have no regrets on buying this product ! After careful review and research I decided to purchase it... easy to use and it’s very quite... cleans the clothes very well... laundry time is quick! Saves electric bill too! Plus you get a rebate from your electric company

Beyond satisfied with this smart washer. Drum is bigger than I expected and it's cleans so well. Clothes nearly dry when load is done. Machine runs so quietly I forget I'm doing laundry. Bonus music reminder that you load is complete. Awesome Purchase

Samsung has done it again ! Wow do I ever love this Washer! I can wash everything from delicate PJ’s to small area rugs ! The washer can be so gentle I’ve washed my sheepskin area rugs in it and it’s come out perfectly clean and no damage! The little door to add a piece (s) of laundry blew my mind ! That’s some innovative thinking right there ! There are many selections / adjustments/ how delicate , how heavy duty- from eco wash to cold to hot water I’ve found all items to come out lovely and clean ! I could NOT be happier! Purchasing this washer was definitely a win/win! No doubt here it’s going to be with me a very long time ! Extremely well constructed !

Simply put it does its job and it does it very well. Compared to the 7 yr old LG front loader it replaced, the "normal" cycles seem to take a bit longer, but it cleans the clothes so much better on those cycles it's worth it. Even with the dirtiest loads, we haven't had to use any special setting to get the clothes clean. Oh, and that silly front door you can open during a load? Well it's great, finally some revenge for that one sock i kept dropping on the way to wash clothes that would always wait for the next load. NO MORE hahahaha.
