This is a decent washer, I like the option to add clothes to the load. Have to get use to the options for washing. Overall it has been good, but at times on the normal cycle it seems to calibrate and then start the time for the load. I’m not sure why it does this. I was told this type of washer is a computer not a washer.

This set does a great job getting things clean. Uses little water and the spin cycle leaves the clothes barely damp. Takes less time to dry and uses less power.

Where has this been all my life? I have had mine for a couple of weeks, and I really regret waiting so long to get it! It is simple to use, and it has a huge drum! I can stay home to wash comforters! It is literally idiot proof.

My wife is happy because both, washer and dryer are very easy to use, very quiet, the clothes come out really clean, and it is very efficient

Like my new washer and dryer! Don't hear it running at all! Only bad thing I can say is with the dryer on normal cycle it's supposed to detect when the clothes are dry and shut off on its own. I've encountered a time it shut off but the clothes were damp yet. doesn't. Make me like it any less tho! my favorite purchase of 2016!

Love this Washer! Especially the extra door on the front! Easy to put a load of laundry in then drop a GAIN pod in through the little door! I also appreciate that it has a sanitize option. Comes in handy for our pet beds!

Purchased open box yesterday. Packaged well after pick up with great help from best buy. Ran like a dream and looks great for a open box item. Great price for a really good product and purchased a best buy service plan to boot.

So I’ve had this washer and dryer set for about two years now and it’s needed some maintenance that I did initially expect. Keep an eye out for the drain filter to clog with hair or suds! Luckily it will give you a bunch of codes to look up. Once you do you usually know exactly what’s wrong with it, usually things that can be done yourself. I don’t suggest getting the Smart Things accessory USB/ app stick, because most the time it will not do what you want, if not work entirely.

We recently purchased a clothes washer and a refrigerator. Delivery and set-up services were excellent. The delivery teams were polite and knew what they were doing. The appliances were up and running in minutes. Getting the deliveries scheduled was a bit more complicated, as the appliances had to be delivered at different times. We did not realize until we got home from the store that scheduling the second delivery had botched up the first one. Getting everything rescheduled involved a phone call to a very courteous and helpful representative, but our appliances were still delivered days later than we had originally thought they would be. I would caution people who buy multiple appliances that need to be delivered at different times to be careful to verify the delivery dates before they leave the store. The computerized delivery-scheduling calendar program has some quirks.

Fantastic product. It's quiet and full of features. It underdelivers in regards to the Smart Home interface. It does not include one for this model and they seem hard to even get. What a disappointment on an otherwise nice machine.

I have been enjoying both the washer and dryer. They are quiet and don't shack the house when in high spin mode. We have the washer and dryer on the second floor and we got these specifically to help with the shaking.

It does the job well when it works. I'm not sure if this is a reoccurring problem with this model but the front door of the washer had to be replaced after a month because the add a wash door sensor broke down within a month.

I've only had this installed and operating for just under a week so take this with a grain of salt BUT so far this thing is a legit beast. Works great. Pricey for sure, but works as it's described.

Nothing much to say other than I LOVE this washer. It is very efficient. It gets the job done. You can wash like 2 loads at one time and they come out super clean. Only downfall is that they do sit really low. I'm 5'2 and I have to bend alot. It would be greater with a stand

if you have a busy house like me, this washer is great. It lets you add stuff in the wash cycle through the door, it has wifi capabilities to alert my phone when its done, and the different wash options help with the daily change up of life with 3 kids and 2 adults.

Very Quiet, tons of controls, you can connect it to your mobile phone if you want, I won't but for some people who want notifications on when the laundry is ready to be moved to the dryer, it'll tell you.

First time to own a front loader and wasn't sure if I would like it. Very quiet and does a great job. The spin cycle is amazing. When the washer stops from a load of towels they are stuck to the drum. Cuts down on drying time from such a great spin cycle.

Looks great and cleans well when working but after spending $2k the washer should work after 6 months but ours is broken...so time to figure if Samsung’s warranty is helpful

This is a quality steam washer with some decent bells and whistle‘s. It’s a little bit louder than what the sales rep made it sound like it was. The smart technology is useless unless you purchase the additional smart add-ons. However, the steam settings work great and it’s easy to use.

Love this washing machine. I had a front loader in the past and always wished you could add something you forgot once the cycle started. Now you can! It's huge without the agitator in the way.
