Knowing that both my dryer and washing machine was 18 years old, I knew the washer would also die. Thus, I bought both. I love them! The gentlemen who delivered my dryer and washing machine were great. They were very nice, careful, and explained how the machines worked. Everyone who works for Best Buy has been great!

Now I can set different wash cycles, I can see how long the time is remaining AND I can pause and add clothes to the cycle. I dont use the internet feature because it did not come with the adapter UGH. But I'm still giving 5 stars but samsung where is the adapter? #askingforafriend

The washer ended up having issues with leaking from the add wash door. I also had problems with it not staying balanced and very loud and rocking during the high spin cycle.
