I was very nice machine, I had an appointment which i scheduled over the phone but they didn't installed my machine. They just left it In my laundry and told me to schedule another appointment.

Our previous Samsung front loader washer threw a bearing and broke so we needed another one. Front load washers can be crazy expensive so I looked around for an open box model as I have had success with open box appliances in the past. I saw this one in a local store and decided to buy it. It had a few small scratches on the front but otherwise seemed to be in good shape. We had the washer installed and washed a few loads and noticed that the washer made a very loud banging noise when it would spin. We initially thought that perhaps the washer wasn't mounted to the pedestal correctly and scheduled an appointment to have the washer looked at. After examining the washer more closely I noticed a very big dent at the bottom right front corner, as well as some scratches on the right side of the door. I don't know what this machine was banged into but it must have been hit pretty hard to do that much damage. When the technician came out to look at the washer he found that there was nothing he could do to fix the banging problem. Whatever was done to the washer to cause the dents must have knocked something out of whack. Other than the loud banging the washer seemed to wash clothes just fine. I will say that the small door on the front of the washer does not really seem to serve a purpose as you cannot add clothes while the washer is in motion. Since you have to wait for the washer to stop you might as well just open the regular door.

I ended up buying this product because it fit the dimension requirements of the space I had available for the washer and dryer and because I liked the idea of being able to pop open an access hatch and add in anything I forgot. Turns out, in order to open the access hatch you have to stop the cycle anyways by pressing the pause button. At that point it just seems gimmicky to try and open the hatch instead of just opening the whole door, so I end up opening the door anyways. Cool idea, but falls short.
