Previous Samsung appliance owner here and I have to say this one is amazing. Nothing negative to report after two months of constant use. Lots of cool features and options and a very easy to use appliance. Fully recommended!

Wonderful washing machine. I had it before and decided to purchase it again. I particularly love the small door. If you forget to put something in the wash, after pausing the wash just use that little door.

Works great and cleans clothes thoroughly. Love it!

A lot of digital functionality that is probably underused by the average consumer. It meets its designed functionality - clothes are clean with a shorter process cycle (lower power and H2O than its predecessor). Spin works well yielding lower dryer times.

This machine holds two or three times as many clothes as my old front loader and gets them cleaner. Clothes come out much dryer due to high-speed spin.

Clean very well and quiet as it said. The steam feature is awsome! My whites came out whiter then ever! Over all its a great washer for the price and loving it so far!

We are usually a less is more type of family, we do not focus on bells and whistles as much as quality. We looked at the add a wash feature as something we would never use...Well...We were quite mistaken...We use it a lot with 3 kids. The steam option is amazing as well.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this item and then had to just walk into the store and buy it. However I walked in the store and they had a open box buy on the unit so I bought that instead! So happy!

This is an amazing washer that not only looks good in the garage, but also saves a ton of water. Our water bill has been cut in half (we do a ton of laundry). We used to have the old mechanical washers that was not energy efficient, so this washer will end up paying for itself soon!

The washer is efficient; however, the only issue I do have with the appliance is the fact that with the preset buttons you are not able to utilize the expedite wash. Otherwise, the washer holds large loads for example, 3 sets of queen sheet sets & a small blanket, and everything comes out nice & clean.

I really like this Samsung washing machine!!! The black stainless really looks great too. The ONLY complaint is that dust really shows up on the machine. So if you don’t mind dusting the unit once in a while, then I highly recommend this unit!

Samsung is the best maker ever of products for the home. We love the washer and dryer set. The features are great. The products are very easy to use and understand.

Definitely read the manual before doing your first load. Ive always used top loading washers and all the buttons and setting can be a bit confusing at first. After that though its smooth sailing. It does get a little loud on the spin cycle but nothing too annoying

I love the washer the only reason I did not give 5 stars is due to the fact the first one I received leaked after its second use. However, customer service was great and immediately ordered me a new machine which has worked great!

I love all of the cycle options. It is very easy to use. I think my clothes are coming out cleaner than with my old machine. I was also very pleased with the service I received at the store.

Have only had the washer for about a week, but so far it is working well. A few minor annoyances, load complete ‘song’ is not load enough to hear, the add door doesn’t seem to add anything new (still have to pause the cycle to use), and the ‘my cycle’ present does not save every option selected.

It was good at beginning but then began to shake and make noise like a bad bearing. Geek squad was great and replaced it within days. Replacement working just fine

I cannot wait to get rid of this machine. I bought the pedestal to go with it so I wouldn’t break my back loading clothes. When this thing hits the spin cycle it literally moves. It bangs so freaking loud and if anything is on top of it it falls to the floor. I’ve had a technician out here to “fix” it but it still continues. Maybe it wouldnt be so bad if it wasn’t on the pedestal but I’m not removing them from the washer and dryer and breaking my back. My next washer will be a top loader. Then I won’t have this unbalancing issue and have to leave the door open all the time to keep it from smelling. I wish I could upload a video of this washing machine...you can hear it from anywhere in the house when it hits spin. It’s unbelievable. Don’t buy this washing machine. If you do, you’ve been warned.

I am very pleased with this item. There are many options and all of them are quiet! The only sounds I really hear is the music upon start and finish inwhich prompts me to do a happy dance!

Best Buy set up the machine in ten minutes and it has run smoothly and without issue since then. The high tech features are nice but this machine does all the basics very well too. It's much quieter than my previous machine. Samsung products are great, I will probably purchase the dryer next.
