Works really great, nothing has been ruined, but I swear this thing is harder on my clothes than other ones. Honestly older top loaders were easier on some clothing items and for others these work better. But whatever... Make sure you take your clothes out and don't let them sit. This thing loves to get gross and mine needs 2 cleaning cycles to get any smell out if it gets weird. That's fine though, it does work well.

The washer barely makes any noise. The model is beautiful. The extra little door to add clothes is great for addition. The settings are already preset for almost all the cycles so You cannot really change it. When used, do not close the door all the way because it will stay wet inside after a load.

Love this washer! Really love the sanitize option since I work in healthcare Do wish it would’ve came with the wrench to get off the shipping bolts though. Was a bit difficult to do with a pair of pliers

I haven't quite figured out all of the features on this washer. It's a lot more complicated than it needs to be. Having to turn the power button off and back on for every load is a pain. And I can't figure out how to use the add wash feature. The book that came with the book is huge!

Love the washer. Everything comes out clean and smells incredibly fresh. Ran into a problem where it leaked from the door within 2 months of buying. Serviceman showed me that the rubber gasket around the door cold be pulled out slightly when taking out laundry. Pushing it back in corrected the issue.

So far this washer is holding its weight. It’s not as quiet as the LG I had before but it’s quiet enough so ok there. Other than that we love it. Recommend 100%

The product function pretty well. All the Samsung modern designs. The delivery team was very professional on handling everything. I reduced one start from 5 was because one of the delivery guy didn't wear mask as he supposed to.

Love this front loading washer with many features. Very quiet, and does a great job of getting the clothing clean. Very stylish and modern looking. Geek Squad did a 5 Star delivery and installation.

Really like the function to pause the wash cycle and add a garment midway in the wash. We often forgot something like socks, so the ability to add them after few minutes in is great.

I’ll start by saying this unit is very sleek and stylish in color and design. It’s features are abundant and love that it has child safety lock to prevent accidents from happening. Our clothes feel cleaner coming from an older top load machine.

I’ve had this washer for over 2 weeks now. Given COVID-19, I’m glad it has several steam cycles and a sanitize cycle. I have yet to discover all the bells and whistles, but am very pleased thus far.

I bought this washing machine and dryer set a few weeks ago and I am very pleased with it. They are very quiet and I even like the sanitation feature it has especially in this time. I highly recommend!

This washer is great but I thought I would use the extra door feature more then I do. Also the extra door seems to trap dirt from the clothes and makes some yuck on the door that doesn't get on the clothes but has to be clean after a dirty bunch of work clothes.

The only reason it doesn’t have a light inside the tub and for this price you should have a light. Other than that I love the machine

Very quiet. Gets clothes clean and spin dries quite dry so that the clothes require less time in the dryer. The add wash door is a must as I always forget to put something in. I used the steam setting for the first time to get out a huge stain on my dress shirt sleeve from terriyaki dressing and there was absolutely no residual stain at all. The drum also seems to be very gentle on clothes. I’ve now done about 30 loads and everything works great. So far, his is the best washer that I’ve ever used. Highly recommend it.

So far so good on the appliances. Looks awesome. The only complaint I had was with the ordering process and dealing with “Best Buy elite” service. I don’t know why they call it “elite”. I had a lot of issues ordering from Best Buy, and it really put a damper on the experience.

Fantastic front load washer with brains. We compared our fish loads with the old machine and visibly saw a huge difference. They were cleaner and smelled fresher. The "brains" are easy to program and has many options. Looking forward to getting the WiFi module!

I love the pause feature where clothes can be added after the cycle has been started. My main gripe is that even with frequent use the common issue of the mold smell is present. The mold in the seal still needs to be manually removed. Samsung's description of the mold prevention feature is not accurate. I would still recommend as the machine cleans well. But, I still have yet to find a front load machine that has solved the mold build up issue.

Biught this due to the overwhelmingly positive reviews i saw, and the sales associate recommended. Gotta say its quiet, fast and the steam cleaning functions are amazing. The onlynreason it didnt get 5 stars, is due to not including the wifi module, really samsung?

This is my third Samsung front load washer in a year (I have three properties). I got this one with the pedestals. I that quite a few more modes than the more basic models (5200) and seems to have more customizable modes. I also like the super fast mode.
