I love the machine and the trap door. I had to use it recently for socks after the load start. I was disappointed at first then I remembered the little door/window actually opens. Good save

We had a top loader He washer and it wasn’t cleaning good at all. Finally talked the wife into a front loader after reading CR reviews. So far we are loving this washer, clothes are definitely cleaner. She always heard that frontloaders get musty so we are being proactive and leaving door open allowing it to dry after washing. We have not used all the features yet but the ones we have work great, the add a garment feature is something we used with out top loader and love it on the new one something unusual for a front loader.

I have never really paid attention to the looks of a washer n dryer, but the dark colors along with no finger prints showing is remarkably ASTINISHING to me. 8 love this set. Beautiful thank yoy

I was very skeptical about buying a front loading washer, especially with a steam setting and if it will be too weak or too tough of a steam. I was wrong and am very glad to have made this purchase; the steam setting even made the clothes soft again.

Don't know why my wife and I waited so long to upgrade our washer-dryer combo, but this Samsung washer and its companion dryer can be described in one word: awesome! It's big and can handle loads large and small easily. It's not too loud, but the high spin rate means that clothes come out not needing a lot of drying (and then the dryer gets 'em done quickly, to boot!). I highly recommend this washer - especially as a part of the combo with the dryer and also with the pedestal/drawer underneath (that obviates the need to stoop when using it).

It's a pretty good washer, unlike my old one, this actually has a reachable filter, that you can easily access to remove any debris that is left. The only thing is that like any other dryer, it's noisy to be put on the second floor, but for the price, it's pretty good.

I’m enjoying this washer so far. I had a front load LG before and this one is much nicer. It’s so quiet you can barely hear it. I love the customizable personal settings. The look is sleek.

I love my washer! The sleek design is what made me purchase it. One thing I find hard to get used to is that I can’t reset with powering off. Does anyone know anything different about this function?

We bought this to replace our aging top loader washer. It has been great, especially with all the different cycles. I would highly recommend it to any members of my family.

...and gets the job done efficiently and even plays a nice little song when complete. The steam feature is nice and really deep cleans.

This washer looks very sharp and works well. It has many cycles to choose from, and also a extra hot option that no other washer I have previously owned has. The 4.5 cu ft size is plenty big and will fit a comforter nicely.

Good washing machine with a lot of added features but it does not seem to have just spin only and I like that on my last Samsung. But all in all it has some nice extra features like steam wash and the add in slot in the front in case you forget something.

My washer has already quit working and it’s only been 8 months since I bought it. I’m having a very hard time getting Best Buy to come and and fix it.

The installation was great, especially, the installer Patrick, very professional, nice and friendly. For the washer, I don't like it doesn't have a spin function only. You have to do rinse and spin.

I'm always dropping something from my load on the way to the washer and usually find it on my way back so the addwash door makes it so easy to just toss that runaway sock into the load without losing any of the water that's already working in the washer. Like the dryer, the washer is really quiet even on the spin cycle. I had to go check to see if it was actually on. The wash machine I replaced sounded like a threshing machine. I won't have to talk over this machine!

make sure that when you get it home you read the instructions and remove the shipping bolts or it will shake the whole house. Lol

Typical of Samsung products this washer delivers everything you would want. It is highly programmable, but also easy to operate if you don't want to go in depth. I really like the window to add clothes after you start the wash.

I have had the washing machine for only about three weeks, but so far I have not been disappointed. I love the black stainless steel color although smudges, finger prints and dust show more (previosuly had white washing machine).

I would have given this washer a 5. But. I bought it for the convenience of the the little "add to door". So I wouldn't have to stop the washer every time I needed to add an item to the wash. Come to find out, you CANT open the little door once you start the washer. IT LOCKS. You have to STOP the washer. Where is the convenience in that? But other than that. It is a Great machine. Plenty of options to get everything clean. It's also very large on the inside. I washed a KING size comforter. And still had plenty of room to add the sheets if I had wanted. I would recommend this washer.

We’ve had this unit for about four months now. Overall a great product. A bit pricy, but with the options and tech you get for the price, I’d say it’s worth it.
