This is the first Samsung appliance I have purchased. I loved the style of this washer and dryer set. So far have been very satisfied with the purchase.

So far so good. I like the additional door: I can leave it open when not in use to prevent the musty smell that often happens with these new machines.

Love this! It looks great and is wonderful! The delivery guys were so nice and helpful! They switched my machines around so the doors opened properly!

Quiet and cleans well. Door on front allows you to put clothes in the washer after it has started.

This is our 3rd front loader. It is quick, uses cold water, on many cycles, (or wash temperature can be changed), and still washes very well. Quiet, except when filling with water. Many different options to choose from. Clothes are washed well, and the spin works well.

This is my second time of buying this brand of washing machine and I love it. I love the fact that it has a smaller opening for adding more clothes.

I didn't want a front loading washer because you can't add items to the load after it is filled with water. After purchasing a top-loader of a different brand, and having to return it because it left detergent on clothes, I am very happy satisfied with this washer. The diamond-cut tub bulbs really get your clothes clean. The add wash window is a masterful idea. Sounds are quiet and soothing. Love, love, love.

This is such a great washer. Really happy with my purchase. When it is done washing, the music starts to play letting you know that it is done. Love that it has a wool cycle.

I am building a connected home, so getting a connected washer dryer is important to me. I like the ability to add items after the cycle is already started. Samsung had the product I want.

I've had this washer for about a month and haven't had any problems. Love the steam cycle and my cycle options. It does a really good job of removing excess water from clothes so they dry quicker.

This is a large capacity washer with great cycle options and is super quiet. The add to load option is good if you find additional socks. Great buy!

I purchased it when it was on sale and it still was a little expensive. It is quiteanf very well made. It has preset that make it easy for what type of clothes your washing. It's a good buy just on the expensive side.

I reviewed a number of washers before I chose this one. I am glad about the selection but the washer is extremely loud. Most likely unbalanced. Will give this 5 stars once the Geek Squad comes out to repair.

excelent washer but disappoint as is offered as wifi capable and doesn't mention you need to buy a separate dongle in order for the wifi to work

VEry happy with this washing machine. Looks great. Cleans great. Love everything about it. Yes, it is a little loud when it is spinning, but this does not last long and it is not horrible.

Great washer, a lot of features, very quiet. Seems to be gentle on clothing. Very large capacity.
