But I am sure they love the washer. Nicest they had ever owned. The matching dryer came in damaged and had to order another one. Not great for that.

I got this with the matching set and it looks so attractive is what caught my eye it’s been working nicely so far still got insurance just in case.

I really like the color and size. It fits perfectly in place of the previous model. The only issue is that the connection pieces from the old pedestal and the new washing machine are not compatible. Bad move Samsung - very poor taste. The size of the old pedestal is perfect, but how you connect the new washing machine with the pedestal isnt the same as it used to be. Washing machine itself works fantastic!

Well, it's a washer and dryer. We read several reviews, talked to friends and family, and it came down to LG v. Samsung. We chose the Samsung based on reviews and simply having more friends who own Samsung. We are very happy with both the washer and dryer, and our clothes turn out very clean! I must admit that all the bells and whistles, I haven't really bothered to figure out yet, but so far, so good!

I love this washing machine. Our old machine broke and going from our old top-loader to this has been such a huge change. With two kids and lots of laundry this machine really helps tackle it all quickly with large capacity and gets things very clean. Lots of settings and options for all different types of washes - it even handles my cashmere sweaters without stretching or shrinking. Highly recommended.

My dryer went and after replacing it I decided to replace the washer too. Been six months or so and I’m very happy with both.

This washing machine does it all and works great. We even received a steal of a deal with it being an open box so the price was Way better too. would buy this again. clothes come out cleaner and way quieter than any washer we have had prior. Is starting with a small squeak at the start of the spin cycle so we are glad we got the extended full warranty so we can have someone come take a look at what it might be. but otherwise great deal here!

It’s a washer...it cleans clothes. I haven’t used it yet because I travel for work but my wife loves it.

Though 4.5 cf doesn’t appear large, you will be surprised. Can fit a large comforter in with no issues. This is a great washer with lots of features.

This washer makes laundry day a lot better. Clothes come out clean and not tied up in knots. It spins the laundry so dry, you save money in lower dryer usage.
