Purchased the set and like them a lot. Very low though so the pedestals are highly recommended.

It's nice because I can stack the set on top of each other so it takes less room in my garage plus it looks great! Only problem is the clear blue doors do scratch

I purchased this washer with my dryer at the same time both items are the best have not had any issues whatsoever.

I had a samsung washer for 10 years but I moved to another house and purchased this one. Brand to trust

It's a good washer with a lot of features. The only thing I can complain about it is that it's a little noisey during spin cycle. But that's understandable

Purchased W/D in November. Was told that I needed to reschedule delivery as it did not show up in warehouse. I even took the day off from work. Deliver came the next week and everything was fine till 5 weeks in. I was unable to open door. Called Samsung: they could not send someone for over 2 weeks. Called Bestbuy. They stated they could not get there for 2 weeks. Went to local store where I bought it. The geek squad manager was very helpful and said he would work on it and call me the next day (Christmas eve). He did call me back and got someone to come out sooner for the repair. Repair man(Zac) came. Diagnosed the problem with door latch. Ordered the part. Came 3 days later. Called Zac and he came right out and replaced the part. Unfortunately, that was not the problem. Had to then order mother board. Came several days later. Called Zac again and he came out next day and replaced the part. Working great now for past 2 days. Overall, the machine works great. Just wish it could of been fixed sooner. Going nearly 3 weeks without doing laundry at home (going to laundry mat) is very frustration.

WASHER IS GREAT!! purchased in June, have rescheduled drier several times , now its mid October. WhenI ordered it, they said it was in Stock, guess they lied and charged my credit card for both. Have since refunded the drier, but IWILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. This review is Best Buy ..the washer was great!

great washer. quick and clothes come out nice. I stacked them to fit my small laundry room.

No negative comments. Water saver and no more worries of the small pieces left unload.

This dryer is easy to use and big enough for large family.

Units exceed expectations. Units handle multiple sized loads with ease. Units looks nice and are easy to keep clean.

The front loading washing machine is efficient and has many features.

Have not seen any issues. My only concern is the durability of the door since it is all plastic.

Easy to understand cycles and lots to choose from. The little door comes in handy for the one item that always needs to be added.

Would buy this again any time. It fits so nicely in the laundry room area. I bought both of the pedestals which add space.

Washes clothes faster than my old washer and clothes come out cleaner. Black Stainless Steel color is awesome.
