We still use the old one for large heavy animal bedding. We have a house full of pets and kids. This washer holds up against them all.

During the testing process, the technicians left the ENTIRE manual inside the washer without bothering to check if all items/manuals are removed properly. The entire manual was torn into pieces and we had to clean everything. Wondering if these guys were trained properly and basically it's just common sense that you have to CHECK EVERYTHING FIRST before turning the washer ON for TESTING!!!!!. Probably, the reason why they are so in a hurry to get out of the house and not for the reason that they have another client to visit for installation and made so many excuses is that they realized that they LEFT the manuals inside the washer upon testing. It took several days going back and forth because of incomplete deliveries made. Called up the Manager in-charge and complained about our unsatisfactory experienced with their technicians and demanded a REPLACEMENT. In the end, they apologized and replaced everything after more than 5 days of inconveniences and not having a piece of mind during those agonizing days dealing with them.
