Way quieter than my previous front loading LG washer

The user interface is very elaborate, perhaps too elaborate, many of the selectable options aren't available in all modes. The capacity is very good, but it's hard to reach things in the back to pull them out. I didn't realize that internet capability would require an additional module.

Has 14 setting use them all and uses a lot less water.

Wide variety of wash cycles, operates much more quieter than our 20 year old front load Maytag it replaced, small door for adding more clothes is silly and a waste, feature in search of a problem! Overall great value If purchased on sale.

Just used my new Samsung front load washer with steam for the first time and I love it ! Easy to use. I bought the pedestal to go with it and for me, it's very easy to load and unload. The controls are pretty much self explanatory. Very satisfied !

I was so so sooooo excited about getting this unit with the Addwash feature but unfortunately I personally discovered why this is a discontinued model. We set this up using a combination of the included instructions, Youtube videos, and our own front loader knowledge. And before you ask, yes we removed the shipping bolts - BUT if you weren't about to ask, DEFINITELY do not skip this step as it is not listed in the instructions or anywhere we noticed. We only knew because of the youtube video and our delivery guys mentioned it. Anyway, once set up and stacked, we started our first load and noticed it sounded a bit loud. Figuring it was because we had just remodeled the laundry room and there was nothing else inside causing an echo of sorts, we went outside to work. About 20 minutes into the cycle, we could hear something that sounded like an airplane taking off inside the house. Upon entering the laundry room, we found the stacked unit 5ft from it's original placement and turned completely around. It had ripped the dryer vent apart and out, pulled the dryer cord from the plug and was pulling the water lines tightly. It was shaking so tremendously, that it took both my husband and I holding it down while my son hit the pause button. Once it stopped we noted that the 4 bolts from the stacking kit had also shaken loose, which ultimately means that by some grace of God we were able to stop it at the perfect moment before the dryer had been launched across the room either destroying something or potentially hurting someone! I have never in my life seen something like this happen! When the customer service/support person mentioned it was a discontinued model on top of my unit being defective, I can understand why. This is now the 3rd defective appliance I have received from Samsung in less than 6 months.
