    The Samsung - 4.5 Cu. Ft. 14-Cycle Add wash Door High-Efficiency Front-Loading Washer with Steam is all that was promised. Unfortunately it took a replacement washer delivery to gets us a properly working model...however Best Buy did all of the work and handled the replacement delivery seamlessly. The washer works great on all cycles. Like the "add wash door" we thought it might not be helpful...but it really is a good feature. The Samsung improved vibration technology is much better than the earlier version...with 1800 max RPM's in spin cycle...it is much quieter than the old model !

    I have had this washer for over 2 years and have not had any issues. It holds a lot of items and the only thing I wish I could change is the annoying music it plays at the end of a cycle.
