Just got the washer installed and it worked very well

Still learning all its functions but so far so good.

Very good looks sharp my only complaint is too much noise.

It does an awesome job washing clothes. Best feature - the quick add door. Use this all the time when I sock falls on the way to the washer. Plenty of cycles to choose from. After running the self clean cycle, just be sure to wipe around the seals to clear any mold or mildew that builds up. We’re able to keep the door open when not in use so that helps keep it down.

I just purchased this item. It was delivered and installed. I went to use the machine and it flooded my room. Looks like coming from a hose. Installer was great not his fault. I have been on hold with someone for two hours and after my 3rd virtual chat they told me they can’t help me. My omen was when I had a problem with the order itself it kept cancelling me. I had to call Pacific Sales who helped me right away after three failed phone calls with best buy who kept telling me to refresh. This will be my last purchase from Best Buy

It's a great washer. I live the front load washers. The only thing I gave noticed is that if you leave the door shut, when not in use, it seems to get a musty smell fairly quickly.

I would recommend this to my friends to buy this product.

The door leaks. Look at the Samsung website. It’s a common occurrence. Mine is 5 days out of warranty and I noticed a door leak. Called Samsung and they told me I have to pay to fix the leak. I also have the matching dryer that has had to be repaired 4 times. Do not waste your money. Look up the leaking problem before you buy this, so you know what you are getting into.

This was a great washing machine for the price. Easy installation and works great.

It's washes the cloth really good! Is kind of small.

I had no complaints with the Samsung Washer we purcahsed. Our problem was with the Dryer. We couldn't get a Samsung dryer that worked. SO we exchanged the Samsung washer/dryer for a set of LG washer/dryer and it was the best decision to go with a different brand.

So far so good. A little surprised that you are restricted from using certain water temperatures for certain cycles. Took a bit of time and calling to find out why temp. would only toggle between cold and tap cold for bedding. Was told is was to guarantee to protect fabrics. A little unnerving that the decision was made for me. I'll just fool it by using another cycle. Don't believe anyone would ever use 14 cycles.

This washing machine works and cleans the way I have always wanted a washer to work. It’s so much quieter than my last machine and has so many helpful and useful features.

I think that the price is right the machine buttons are hard to use i think they were going a little to tech with this machine , it cleans cloths great,and is here i would not buy it a second time.

I had Samsung washer and dryer before and never had problem. Unfortunately, with this new one, I’m not happy at all. The clothes comes out not looking so clean, very wrinkled and it doesn’t hold the smells of the fabric softer on the clothes. I have it for only a month and I already had problem with a leaking on the add door.

I Love it, it’s easy to use. Convenient front compartment to add additional clothes in while matching is running

The small door that lets you add garments save a lot of time and wash loads as you can get it started to save time even knowing there is one or two items that you need to add!

This washer is fantastic. We have six in our household, all with different laundry needs. Very happy with this purchase. No complaints.

We had one of those recalled Samsung washing machines. At first, we were going to buy different, but we are extremely glad we came back to Samsung! Quiet and user friendly.
