Works fine. Wish it would wring out clothes more as I feel my old Kenmore wrung out the water a bit better. Other than that, the washer cleans clothes. I like the steam feature. Would recommend

This washer works pretty good. It's weird that it says you can add more to a load though. The little door that opens locks after about 15 seconds, so if you forgot something you better just wait until next time. Otherwise it works good!

I love this washing machine & it runs just as well as when I got it. I love the ease of cleaning out the detergent dish!

This is a great washer. Clothes come out clean. Love the quick cycles and the time saved. Have useed the small door to add clothes a few time and it works great.

We needed a new washer and dryer after our 15 year old front load washer failed. We decided on the Samsung especially with the add an item door on the washer. Actually have used the feature now. Our model was not the very newest with 4.5 cu ft instead of 5.0 in the newer one. The price was much lower and appears otherwise identical. The sales person was knowledgeable and terrific to deal with. Even modified the sales amount up by a penny to qualify for the Samsung rebate for buying two appliances. Overall a great experience and both appliances work very very well.

Definitely a great catch. Washer is very efficient and washed clothes first time round with no issues. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Had it over a year now. Glad I got the AddWash door. Use it all the time. Great washer.

First off, we love the washer and all it's functions. I would have given this a much better rating EXCEPT, it is only a few weeks old and it cut off during the spin cycle and the main door remained locked. It would come back on but the door wouldn't ever unlock. I spent an hour on Google and then another 40 minutes on the phone with Samsung support before they decided someone needed to come out and look at it. No working washing machine for 4 days. The repair tech called and had me run a cycle and it cut off again during the spin cycle but again would not unlock the door. I could hear a solenoid clicking like it was trying though. When he came out, he found that 2 of the 3 plugs going to the door lock were not connected properly from the factory and both had just vibrated loose. Unfortunately, he told us that he gets a LOT of calls for Samsung machines. Dryers not working after a month, no power after a few weeks of installation, breakdowns just out of warranty. Has me worried. We shall see...

Very east to understand, and work with the buttons and controls are easy to work with. Our 4 year old likes helping with loading and unloading now.

This machine was an exchange/upgrade over the 9 cycle machine that was defective from the factory according to the geek squad. Bestbuy was awesome during the whole process and sold me the machine for 624 for our trouble. It's nice to have the option to use speed wash, does a good job on a light load in about 25 to 35 minutes. The spin cycle on high gets almost all the water out of the clothes so they dry real fast. Haven't used all 14 cycles yet, but have used addwash more than once and keeps the floor dry adding clothes. Didn't give five stars because the machine seems a little louder than the older Samsung this unit replaced. Very impressed overall.

This washer is huge! It will hold our largest loads and efficiently wash them all. I appreciate the add clothes feature if we forget something. Great appliance!

Almost exactly after one year from purchase date, stopped working. It gets stuck in the rinse cycle and won’t transition to a spin. Only has a 1 year warranty per Samsung customer service. Literally am stuck without a washing machine at this point until I have to pay for it to be fixed. What a waste of money, only functioned as expected for one year. Look for another brand to go with, this product is trash.

Over all it’s good washer. Clothes come out clean and smell nice. Door is a little hard to shut. There’s pluses and minuses on all appliances but overall I’m happy

Compared to last two washers I had I want to say this one is the best. I loved everything about this washer and how it works.

I am hopeful that this machine lasts longer than the last which was fairly pathetic: 7 years? for a machine that costs nearly $1000? Ask me in another 10.

Awesome washer, very efficient, lots of modes for different uses

This is a great washer. My clothes coming out smelling and feeling so nice! The only downside is that the smaller door to add something to the load leaked on it.
