I like the performance but the only reason I paid so much and bought this is because it said smart... otherwise it works like any other washer.

The washer still needs to pause and you need to wait in order to put the stuff in. Not much different than opening the whole door definitely not worth the extra money for the little door.If you’re trying to decide between a different washer and this one definitely don’t do it because of the little door it does not work the way it’s advertised

I had a Neptune and while I had no problems with my second one...I had a lot of problems with my first and my mom was having terrible problems getting service on her 2 yr old Maytag frontloader. She has had to call for service 10x and still has problems. This seems easy to use. I use less detergent. First time I used too many pods and it took forever to desud. It is very quiet. Like all the settings...and large capacity.
