After waiting two weeks for a warranty tech to trouble shoot, it was determined that BOTH the control board and main washer motor were junk and had to be replaced. It's covered under the warranty but it has been 10 days since the parts were ordered and still no call back to schedule installation. Oh the joy of going to a laundry mat during a pandemic for my family of 5 every day for a month now. 2k for a washer and dryer, that I now hate with a passion...

The reviews about the clothing feeling dry when it is finished, is because of the spin speed. If you want wetter clothes to believe that they are truly getting clean, slow the spin cycle down. I have had HE machines before and this one is at the top of my list.

Great washing machine
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We have had this machine for 4 weeks. We wash about 5 loads per week from delicates to heavy wash. This replaced a 20+ year old top loading machine so it took a few loads for us to understand the controls but the manual is well written and the controls are pretty intuitive. It does a great job washing on the full range of load sizes and types. We have not yet tried the steam wash function. We have had absolutely no problems with the machine.

Well, I was foolish and listened to him. We have had nothing but problems with this from day one. Also, do not but the Best Buy Geek Squad Protection Plan! We found out latter that the protection plan starts at the day of purchase and overrides the OEM warranty, rather than starting after the OEM warranty like we were told. This shortens the length of coverage we thought we had, and trust me that would be something you want if you are unfortunate enough to get stuck with a Samsung product.

Call Samsung and they replaced it. But just 7 months after that repair, and just 1 month out of warranty, it started happening again! Of course, Samsung wouldn't cover the cost to replace it! Don't get this unless you like paying for the repair bill.

Tore up our floor

Best Buy installation and Warranty dept are horrible. They destroyed the floor in our brand new house while installing this, then they said the repair had to go through their warranty dept. Still no word back from them...
