Too many options, I typically wash everything cold and normal. Some cycles (i.e. Towels) runs way too long, so I adjust as needed and use the timed cycle. If you love having the options this is great, but takes a minute to get used to what works for you. Side note: loves of reviews mentioned the annoying music, totally agree, first thing I turned off.

BB was nice to replace it again with another top loading washer that was not part of the recall. Excellent service as always

Jus a month ago in October 2019, I replaced a 1.5 year old machine and incurred a $ 300 loss apart from stress and anxiety caused calling Geek squad and make them come to visit us. For That machine drum had ripped. Now, I replaced it with another Samsung machine in Oct 2019 and now it started leaking water and I noticed the rubber seal has melted. I cannot believe this has happened to me twice in 2 months.

Clothes smell like rainbows

I love Samsung products and this was no different. It has lots of great settings, the coolest door feature in case you find one more thing that needs to go in after you start it and I love how it sings to me versus beeping when complete.

The end of cycle "song" is VERY annoying and just keeps going on and on. Too bad it can't be changed to a simple buzzer. The only other issue is that it never occurred to us that the door cannot be reversed since our dryer is on the left side and not easy to switch due to plumbing, drain and vents.
