One of my favorite things is the little door/slot on the actual machine door that lets you add an item(s) while the machine is still running. Especially great for me since I always tend to miss something when sorting my laundry prior to washing.

The machine works great and has lots of neat features. Two drawbacks are that it's not very quiet during operation and that the smart home connectivity requires purchasing an additional adapter.

Despite being leveled properly by Geek Squad/Best Buy installers, it still sounds like it wobbles.

I have tried all of the trouble shooting suggestions. I already got rid of my old washing machine. This is very stressful and disappointing. I guess I will be returning it soon.

Bad Purchase

I was given the equipment on January 3, 2018 and in less than a week they had to change my washing machine because they wanted to get out the washing cylinder. The new one was delivered to me on January 10, 2018 and it is to persuade that it seems to be all right I can not do a full 5 shirts because the vibration is awesome and scandalous, I can not wash more than 2 towels. The technicians come and have told me that it is normal vibration and scandal because it is super speed, also the movement is exaggerated, it trembles as if it were to disarm, it seems that it was uneven but the technicians assure me that do not. Also NOT ANYTHING SILENT, IT IS ALL CONTRARY. We are super sorry for this purchase because unfortunately I can not make a new one for a long time because we made it cash and we do not have more money, besides this is an investment that one hopes will last for a few years.

It does take quite a bit longer than what I am used to, but the clothes come out very clean. The steam function really pulls those stains out. If you’re on the fence about purchasing this, do it. Can’t say the same about the dryer though.

Makes doing laundry so much easier when you have a bad back. Enough cycle types for any need, including a steam cycle. Try that one on your white towels. No bleach, but they sure are looking more like new towels again.
