Worst washer on the planet. Started leaking water just after a few months of purchase. Never buying another Samsung product again. Worst investment ever.

Love this washing machine so easy to use and saves energy.

I waited until I used my Samsung washer for a while before reviewing it. It works great! I love the user programmable button. One touch and it knows how you want to wash. It's quite most of the time. The wash cycle is a little noisy depending on the was cycle used. I do regret not getting the pedestal but will be purchasing it soon.

This washer has many different settings for the different types of loads of laundry one may have. The WiFi connection to the app makes using the machine even easier with alerts sent directly to your phone. Spacious inside allows for washing of large items effectively

We've had this washer for two months, we couldn't be happier. Smart capabilities are very limited so after a lot of reading I decided not to purchase the Wi-Fi connection. I like the fact that I do not have to specify the size of my load, it must measure it automatically.

You would think this washer that has all the bells and whistles would work better than my 10 year old Whirlpool set, but it doesn’t. The washer constantly stops and won’t wash a queen size comforter. (A thin one, not bulky). We tried washing two standard pillowed and yet again the machine stopped and it wouldn’t start up again to rinse out the pillows. We ended up having to throw them away and buy new ones. For the price and having all of these cycles, it just does not cut it. I wish I would’ve never purchased this set (bought matching dryer also, no good).

I came from a top loading washer and my wife decided to give it a try to this one. The result so far has been amazing. I also installed the Wi-Fi stick so I can monitor the cycles and some other stuffs and works great. Overall, the functionality is wonderful!

Our first front loader. Lots of customizable options. Surprised by length of wash cycles, but spins out so well that drying time is shorter. My only complaint is the end of cycle sound's volume is not adjustable, and I can't hear it from the garage even if I'm in the next room.

I like it, I just find that my clothes come out super wrinkled when I use a high spin speed. But it saves on water and washes my clothes really well. I was weary because it does use little water compared to the old traditional washer, but I haven't had any issues at all. Really like it.

Like that it will give you a code if there is an error. Overall it is a good washer

We were replacing an older model front load Samsung and after reading reviews we decided to stick with Samsung. This model has more bells and whistles but more importantly, the cleaning power far exceeds older models. The steam feature is amazing and made our comforter look new again!

Good washer - maybe a bit bigger than I had expected it to be. It has a lot of choices for cycles. Things I don't like - I wish it had a hand wash cycle (my old LG did) and the tune it plays when the cycle is finished is way too long. Other than that, it seems to be doing a good job of getting my clothes clean.

Have to say - my husband talked me into upgrading and I haven't been Disappointed. It is a great washer and the add feature has truly come in handy!!

I am glad to have a front loader so i don't have to go to the laundry mat to do my bedding. I have allergies and need to wash all bedding about 1X per month. Washing is good and drying seems to take quite a while. We often have smaller loads, so it would be good to have a loas sensor o the washing machine

Replaced old washer and dryer set as dryer quit working properly. This washer has more features than I probably ever use but what I do use meets my expectations and more. Both the washer and the dryer play music when they are finished doing their job.

Very disappointed with delivery. They refused to place the dryer cord so it could be used. Had to call an electrician and buy a cord fix the problem in order to use the dryer.

Large-capacity so I'm able to easily wash my heavier blankets and comforters at home. Beautiful design. Quiet and offers several wash cycle options . Everything I wanted, needed and more.

The cycle options are plenty. The spin cycle leaves the dryer with very little work indeed. The smartphone control seems a little unnecessary, but I haven't tried it (wireless dongle sold separately). Love the sounds.
