The problem is that the drawer that holds the bleach, soap, and fabric softener is recessed from the front surface of the washing machine. When you open the drawer under the countertop you can’t pour in bleach!

I had an old but perfectly fine washer already, I just wanted to upgrade. This one works fine, but my old standard top loading washer required much less maintenance. Stuff can get in the rim of the door, you’re supposed to wipe it out after you use it every time to prevent mold or mildew, the filter gets clogged easily, etc. it’s nice, but next time I will get a regular top loader.

Instead of washing clothes in a smaller amount- it doesn't. It will fill no matter how small the load is.

It is deeper than the front load I have now and I don’t want to remodel so I had to cancel order. Check dimensions AND clearances before you buy any washer and dryer. Dumb me. All that research and I didn’t look at the depth.

Just kind of confused about the little door because it only opens before it’s filled with water which does make sense but it locks so fast.

Thing I don’t care for is it is extremely loud when on a cycle. Might be off balance, but shouldn’t be since it was just delivered. Has a ton of options to choose how you want to wash your clothes.

I have been running to some issues with the washer this is my second Samsung washer that I've got from Best buy. With me the washer usually last maybe 6 months to a year and a half before it starts to act up and a code appears on the screen 5Ud or 50d I can't really make it out.. by no means I believe Best buy is at fault, I believe in lies within the machine itself... For those like me who is team Samsung "I love my Samsung" but a Samsung washer I think it's not for me... That code is something that you need to watch out for because when that code is on your display screen your clothes are not being washed you can hear water running but it will continue to do that it would not move on to the next stage you will have to turn the machine off and turn it back on putting it on quick wash I do not suggest putting it back on normal at that moment I would suggest any other setting because if you do it will happen again

It sometimes takes a total of 10 tries before it will turn on. I'm afraid soon it is going to turn into a huge paper weight.
