After reviewing Consumers Guide I went and purchased this washer and have been very happy with how it washes my clothes and with the ease of using it. I think its a great washing machine and I'm very happy with my purchase.

I liked everything about this washer except that it has a steam clean option but unable to use it because it did not come with additional hose for attaching cold water connection. It has multiple wash options useful when I have limited time.

HAD THIS PRODUCT FOR ALMOST 3 YEARS NO REGERTS .SAMSUNG IS REALLY A GOOD BRAND NO QUESTION ASK.

I don't know how many times I've used my old front loader and forget to add some clothes. Now, you can add it! It also comes with wifi features. Unfortunately, you have to buy that wifi USB separately. My wife loves it!

caught on fire year 4, before that ok. Washed the clothes but got clogged easily

The steam function is great but the fact that my clothes wash really clean is good. My old washer sometimes didn't put enough water in it to cover the clothes. I LOVE IT.

Delivery was on time but they did not clean the machine, so dusty. They also asked $20 if I wanted to clean the area around the machine. The washer is so far so good. The only complaint is it took too long to do self cleaning 3 hours.

But hard to clean the machine itself. The places where you add detergent and the rubber around the door can get moldy

Good capacity, really like all of the options and that the display lets you know how long the cycle will take. Puzzled on how to fully override the spin cycle speed - but suspect I should read the manual

Just replaced our recalled top loader with a front loader. Front loader washes quicker and better. The add door allows you to add an additional piece of clothes when wash cycle has started. A definite must have.

At first, this dryer was great. Didn't have any issues and my only complaint was that if you had it on a 'sensor mode', clothes were still wet and would need to be ran longer. At about a year old, the control pannel failed (atleast thats what they told me) and the dryer would not turn off! Even with the door open it would still be going. After 3 or 4 repair visits, ordering wrong parts and 2 different technicians, they finally were able to fix it. It works now but it makes a weird humming noise and im convinced it is not the same.

I honestly had no choice but to change my old machine because of the recall and I'm glad I did! It's a better machine that we had (the one with the sink) and 4.5 is actually enough , didn't need the 4.8 one.

So far works great steam system is amazing. I mean not dry cleaning status but amazing job. Can see the difference. Thank you

This thing was impressive originally with all the features at the store. Until we got it home. This thing shook like crazy. It vibrated the pictures off my wall in two rooms down. We returned it for another and the same thing happened with the second one. Opted to upgrade to an lg. Instantly no problems

I have no complaints so far. I purchased a Samsung refrigerator that had to be deemed a lemon within 2 years of my purchase. I'm hoping this washer doesn't follow the same lines. So far--no complaints, but I've only had it for 1 month

Replaced another Samsung Washer, and was able to place on existing pedestal. Also, the washer remembers prior setting. The older washer you had to redial the setting each time you wash a load of laundry.

I bought for the front access door. I installed by myself on a pedestal, get help. After reading reveiws i bought 5 year warranty. So far nice unit. Was good priced.

Glad I bought this washer, it get's / keeps my white cloths white with the extra steam. The only thing is that I don't like is I can't change the temperature settings it will not let me. I guess I'm just use to the older model.

Replaced my old LG front load washer. Takes about the same amount of time to do a load as before. Don't understand why they don't include the wifi piece you need with the machine. So far so good.

Shopped around for HE frontloader. This was the one that fit our needs. Does a good job and saves water and drying time. Takes some practice to learn all the bells and whistles. All in all very satisfied so far.
