I really like the feature that lets me pause the wash cycle and add an item. My clothes come out clean and at last the music that signals the completion of a load is different from the dryer.

Overall it does a good job washing. I do wish there was a warm/cold option for the temperature. There is a lint trap thing that is in a horrible location and difficult to empty/clean out. When it gets full the washer won’t drain, and will just keep giving an error message SUD and cycling. Took awhile for us to figure that out. We will use it until it doesn’t work but next time we will go American made

Nice washer. Lots of features. A bit too much really for a washer. does a good job at washing. It is a bit louder than my previous Maytag, but overall would recommend. One month in so far so good.

We love this washer. It has so many settings for all different types of clothing. The steam feature is great for disinfecting sheets, etc. after sickness has come through the house.

We bought this to replace our broken 6-9 year old washer. It does a great job, but it takes awhile to figure out how to get the steam to work without using a hot water wash. The delay start is also different.

Wasn't really in the market until my current front loader decided to break, but the washer is really nice especially the add-a-wash door use it often. Definitely recommend.

I had s previous Samsung model and was excellent. This model is even better. I love the small door feature.

The installers did a good job of mounting our new washer and went the extra mile to get our old dryer to fit on top. The washer works perfectly and we are very happy.

I bought open box. It was in great condition at a great price. The only thing was that it shook so much we ended up returning it.

Very happy with the purchase.first i bought lg but after a month we found a rubber piece came out from inner liner.We called beat buy and they gave us an option to change it so i have decided to go with samsung

It is delivered with bump on the washer. Please look at my issue, tried to reach customer care multiple times. Always they hear and ask me to wait and finally they disconnect, i called more than 10 times.

Great machine I love the shoot to add laundry when the front loader is filling with water... I also like that it tells you when the machine needs maintenance cleaning

There are so many good things to say. The add wash feature is amazing. There are a ton of options for washing ( active, towels, delicates, plus all the others we are use to.

Had it for a while, has a lot of options, the passthrough door is a neat feature but in the time I had it I think it was used twice.

Moving on from an older Samsung washer this is a step up. However the door feels more delicate than my previous washer, everything else about it is great.

The washer has plenty of features and seems to get out stains easily. The Add-wash door is a neat feature that we use more than we thought we would and glad we went with this model.

We have had this for a year now and everything seems to be working properly and has stayed cleaner than our last washer.

I have another Samsung set and like the product and features so I bought a second set. I have used the addwash more than I thought I would. I would recommend.

Great features and value compared to other brands. Cleans very well. Only complaint is that is it a little loud

Samsung told us to return and get a new one. This was a new one. They could not repair it.
